Objectives:To investigate and analyze the health status and related influencing factors of college students in four universities in yunnan province, and to put forward corresponding Suggestions. It provides a reference for college students to understand their own health conditions, university administrators and other relevant departments to formulate health guidance, prevention and intervention for college students, and to a certain extent enrich the content of large-scale sample investigation and research involving health conditions and influencing factors of college students in yunnan province. Methods:A stratified random cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 3111 college students from Kunming University of Science and Technology,Southwest Forestry University,Yunnan Minzu University and Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for self-filling questionnaire survey. The data were input by the specialist and statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0 software.Descriptive analysis was used for the frequency of occurrence of each factor in the study, and two independent sample t-tests or one-way analysis of variance were used for the comparison of the scale total score and three dimensions of college students with different demographic characteristics and living habits.Pairwise comparison between groups: Bonferroni correction test was used for variance homogeneity, and Tamhane's method was used for variance heterogeneity.Binary Logistic regression(Forward LR stepwise method)was used to analyze the factors including the total score of the scale and the three dimensions of the scale and the correlation strength.?=0.05 was enteredand ?=0.10 was excluded. In addition, the regression model was tested by fitting. If the fitting effect was not good(P<0.05),the multi-classification variables were set as dummy variables and the reference classes were set(the last class of each variable was taken as the reference class)for re-statistics.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper analyzes the relevant factors affecting the health condition of college students, and puts forward the corresponding measures to improve the health condition of college students.Results:1.Analysis results of health status of college students with different demographic characteristicsThere were statistically significant differences in the total score and the three dimensions of the scores of college students with different gender, ethnicity, hometown, discipline, school, college, major, parents' marital status, previous medical history and family medical history(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of psychological performance dimensions of college students of different ages and love situations(P>0.05),while there were statistically significant differences in the scores of total scores, physical performance dimensions and social adaptation dimensions(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of total scores and physical performance dimensions of college students in different grades(P<0.05),but no statistically significant differences in the scores of psychological and social adaptation dimensions(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in scores of physical performance dimensions between college students with different educational backgrounds of their mothers(P>0.05).In addition, there were statistically significant differences in the total and three dimensions scores of other college students with different educational backgrounds of their parents(P<0.05).2.Analysis results of health status of college students with different living habitsThere were statistically significant differences in the total and three dimensionsscores of college students with different living habits(P<0.05),such as sleep duration, sleep time, duration of using electronic devices before sleep, nap habit, regularity of three meals, walking while eating, breakfast habit, fruit consumption, use of electronic devices during meals, purchase of food from roadside stalls, use of electronic devices during lavatory, duration of using electronic devices during lavatory, physical exercise, and physical exercise intensity.3.Logistic regression analysis results of college students' health statusLogistic regression analysis of demographic aspects are as follows. In terms of total scores,5 independent variables entered the regression equation, including major, gender, previous medical history, family medical history and parents' marital status. In the dimension of physical performance, six independent variables entered the regression equation, including school, gender, age, ethnicity, previous medical history and family history. In terms of the dimension of psychological performance, five independent variables entered the regression equation, including: gender, previous medical history, family medical history, mother's educational background, and parents' marital status. In terms of the dimension of social adaptation, six independent variables entered the regression equation, including: college, nationality, previous medical history, family medical history, father's educational background, and parents' marital status.Logistic regression analysis of life habits was as follows. In terms of total scores, six independent variables entered the regression equation, including: q63 sleep duration per night,q64 sleep time per night,q67 meals regularly,q68 walking while eating,q71 eating with electronic devices, and q74 using electronic devices while going to the toilet.Body dimension, there are seven independent variables into the regression equation, including: q63 sleep duration,q64 points to sleep every night, every night whether q67 meals rule, whether q68 walk while eating, when eating q71 whether or not to use electronic equipment,q72 weekly purchase a roadside stall or snack street food frequency,q74 toilet when using electronic equipment.Psychological dimension, there are seven independent variables into the regression equation, including: q63 sleep duration,q65 use electronic equipment before fallingasleep each night hours, whether q67 meals rule, when eating q71 whether or not to use electronic equipment,q73 whether the toilet use electronic equipment,q74 toilet when using electronic equipment length,q76 exercise intensity.Social adaptation dimension, there are nine independent variables into the regression equation, including: q63 sleep duration,q65 use electronic equipment before falling asleep each night time, whether the q66 siesta habit, three meals q67 whether law, whether q68 walk while eating,if there is a breakfast habits,q69 q73 whether the toilet use electronic equipment,q74 toilet when using electronic equipment length,q76 exercise intensity. In addition, the results of further refinement of each of the above statistical results are generally the same as those without statistical refinement, but there are also differences.Take the statistics of gender as an example, the data are classified according to different schools, grades, nationalities, parents' marital status, etc.,on the basis of which statistical analysis is conducted on students of different genders.Or classify the data according to different gender, nationality, origin, school and grade, and on this basis, screen the influencing factors of the health status of college students.Conclusions:1.Conclusions on the health status of college students with different demographic characteristicsThe health status of male, han, urban college students was better than that of female, minority and rural college students(P<0.05).The overall, physical and social fitness of 19-year-old college students was better than that
