Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome)with Dunye Guan Xinning Tablet

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Dunye Guanxinning Tablet in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and to provide evidence for its clinical application.Methods:Using the method of random number table,34 patients with stable angina(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)were divided into experimental group(Western medicine standard treatment+Dunye Guanxinning Tablet)and control group(Western standard treatment),On the basis of the standardization of Western medicine treatment,2 tablets of Dunye Guanxinning Tablet were added,3 perday,and the course of treatment was one month;the control group kept the standardized treatment of western medicine unchanged.The changes of TCM syndrome score'the frequency and efficacy of angina pectoris attack,electrocardiogram(ECG)ischemia change,nitroglycerin usage and reduction rate,blood fat and HCY level were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.A total of 32 patients in this study completed the experimental follow-up.2.There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in terms of TCM syndrome score,angina pectoris attack frequency,nitroglycerin usage and reduction rate(P<0.05);3.There were no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the efficacy of angina pectoris,changes in ECG ischemia,blood fat and HCY(P>0.05).However,the efficacy rate of angina pectoris and the ECG effective rate of the experimental group were both higher than those of the control group,and the blood fat and HCY levels of the experimental group decreased after treatment compared with that before treatment,indicating that Dunye Guanxinning Tablet has a tendency to improve the efficacy of angina pectoris and ECG effective rate,and to reduce the blood fat and HCY levels of angina pectoris patients.Conclusion:1 Dunye Guanxinning Tablet can effectively improve the TCM syndrome score and nitroglycerin reduction rate of patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),reduce the use of nitroglycerin and the number of angina pectoris attacks,2.Dunye Guanxinning Tablet has a tendency to improve the efficacy of angina pectoris,ECG changes,blood fat and HCY levels in patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).3.Dunye Guanxinning Tablet is safe and reliable in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),which is worthy of clinical promotion.
