Clinical Study Of Zhiqiaozhu Powder And Zhengxintai Prescription In The Treatment Of Stable Angina With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: Through clinical research,the effectiveness and safety of Zhiqiaozhu Powder and Zhengxintai Prescription in treating stable angina pectoris of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were evaluated scientifically and objectively.Methods:Eighty patients with stable angina pectoris of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group from May 2018 to December 2018 in the outpatient department of cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The control group was given the standardized treatment of stable angina pectoris with Western medicine,while the treatment group was given the Zhiqiaozhu Powder and Zhengxintai Prescription on this basis.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The changes of angina symptoms,nitroglycerin usage,electrocardiogram,TCM syndromes and safety indexes were observed and recorded before and after treatment.All data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0.Results: In the treatment group,the total effective rate of angina pectoris was 85%,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 95%,and the stop-and-decrease rate of nitroglycerin was 84.6%.Compared with the control group,there were significant differences(P < 0.05).It shows that the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving the symptomsof angina pectoris,stopping nitroglycerin and improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.The total effective rate of electrocardiogram in the treatment group was 75%,and there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).There were no abnormalities in vital signs,hematuria routine,stool routine + Occult blood,liver and kidney function in both groups before and after treatment.In the course of treatment,no patients had obvious adverse reactions or need to stop taking drugs.Conclusion:Zhiqiaozhu Powder and Zhengxintai Prescription have obvious effect on patients with stable angina pectoris of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease.They have definite curative effect,good safety and tolerance,and are suitable for further research and clinical promotion.
