| Objective:This topic is designed to observe the clinical symptoms and improvement of sleep quality in patients with stable angina pectoris of qi stagnation and blood stasis type treated with dunyeguanxinning tablet,to explore the clinical efficacy of dunyeguanxinning tablet and to evaluate the safety of dunyeguanxinning tablet in the treatment of stable angina pectoris.Methods:From October 2017 to January 2019,sixty patients with stable angina pectoris were selected from the outpatient clinic and ward of Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and 252 Hospital of Chinese People’s Liberation Army.They were randomly divided into two equal groups:control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.The selected patients met the diagnostic criteria of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Western medicine,and the disease was identified as qi stagnation and blood stasis type.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine for 3 months,while the treatment group was treated with dunyeguanxinning tablet(3 times a day,2 tablets at a time)on the basis of the control group for 3 months.Observe the changes of the symptoms and scores of angina,TCM syndrome scores,sleep quality scores,electrocardiogram,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and HCY before and after the treatment.At the same time,monitor the related safety indicators,such as blood routine,urine routine,ect.So as to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of dunyeguanxinning tablet.Results:(1)Physical and chemical indicators:After one month,the levels of TC and LDL-C in the treatment group were different from those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of TC,LDL-C and HCY in the control group were different from those before treatment(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of TG,HCY,LDL-C and HDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months,the levels of HDL-C,LDL-C and HCY in the treatment group were different from those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and HCY in the control group were different from those before treatment(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of TG,HCY,LDL-C and HDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Electrocardiogram:After one month,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 10.7%,and that of the control group was 3.8%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months,the total effective rate was 17.9%in the treatment group and 7.7%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)The curative effect of angina pectoris:after one month,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.5%,and that of the control group was84.6%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months,the obvious effective rate was 96.4%in the control group,and the obvious effective rate was 80.0%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)Sleep efficacy:After one month,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 25%,and that of the control group was 11.5%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months,the total effective rate was 64.3%in the treatment group and was 23.1%in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(5)TCM symptom efficacy:After one month,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 46.4%,and that of the control group was 23.1%.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).After 3 months,the total effective rate was 85.7%in the treatment group and was 53.8%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)Safety of the medication:The two groups of patients did not complain of any obvious discomfort after medication.No abnormality or aggravation of laboratory safety indicators was observed.At the same time,no serious adverse events occurred.Conclusion:Dunyeguanxinning Tablet has advantages in improving TCM syndrome scores and total effective rate,sleep quality score and total effective rate;And the clinical effect is more obvious with the prolongation of drug administration;And dunyeguanxinning tablet in the clinical application of security is better. |
