Clinical Study On Xintongtai Granules Improving The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:By observing the effects of Xintongtai Granules on the individual scores of TCM symptoms,total effective rate,angina improvement and Seattle angina quality of life scores for patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease before and after treatment with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and the clinical efficacy is evaluated.Methods:According to the principle of random allocation,60 patients meeting the selection criteria were selected and divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Xintongtai granules on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The two groups were treated for the same 4 weeks,and clinical data were collected before and after the treatment.The treatment conditions of the two groups were analyzed by statistical methods and corresponding conclusions were drawn.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference in the gender and age distribution of the two groups of patients,the individual scores of TCM syndromes before treatment,and the Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale(P>0.05).The two groups are comparable.2.TCM syndrome single points:Compared with the control group,the treatment group has chest tightness,swelling and pain,irritability,hypochondriac swelling or pain,abdominal swelling,belching,chest pain,purple tongue or tongue with petechiae,stasis The scores of spots,complexion purple dark,sublingual vein purple dark decreased more significantly(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of TCM:Compared with the Western medicine standard treatment group,the total effective rate of the Xintongtai granules group is greater than that of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The total effective rate of angina pectoris improvement:Compared with the Western medicine standard treatment group,the total effective rate of the the Xintongtai granules group is greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale Score:Compared with the control group,Seattle Five Points in the treatment group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xintongtai granule improves the quality of life of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.The specific mechanism may be related to the improvement of physical movement restriction system,angina pectoris stability,onset status,treatment satisfaction,disease awareness,and traditional Chinese medicine Symptom-related.
