Study On The Effect Of Saifurun Combined With Acupoint Massage Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Prevention Of Lymphoid Cysts In Patients With Cervical Cancer After Radical Operation

Objective:To explore the effect of Saifurun combined with acupoint massage of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention of lymphoid cysts after radical operation of cervical cancer,and to observe the occurrence of lymphoid cysts,hospitalization days,hospitalization expenses and satisfaction of patients after radical operation of cervical cancer.Methods:This experiment is an experimental study.From March2017 to March 2018,221 patients underwent laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer in two different departments of Grade 3A tumor Hospital.By drawing lots,one ward was selected as the control group and the other as the observation group.113patients were included in the control group and 108 patients in the observation group.On the basis of routine nursing methods,the control group was treated with local massage for six weeks,while the observation group was treated with acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine for six weeks on the basis of routine nursing.General data of patients were collected before intervention,one week after intervention and one week after intervention,respectively.At the sixth week after intervention,B-ultrasound was used to diagnose the occurrence of lymphoid cysts after radical resection of cervical cancer.The results were inputted and statistically analyzed by SPSS19.0.Taking?=0.05 as the test level,the P value was taken as bilateral probability.the statistical methods included descriptive statistical analysis,t test and^c2test.Results:?1?The intervention results of Saifurun combined with acupoint massage of traditional Chinese medicine on the incidence of lymphoid cysts:no lymphoid cysts occurred in the observation group and the control group at the first week after operation,and there was no significant difference in the preventive effect of lymphoid cysts between the two groups.At the sixth week after operation,the incidence of lymphocyst was 4.63%in the observation group and 19.47%in the control group.There was significant difference in the preventive effect in the observation group?P<0.05?.?2?The intervention results of Saifurun combined with acupoint massage of traditional Chinese medicine on the size of lymphoid cysts:the diameter of lymphoid cysts in the observation group was?4.14±0.52?cm,at the sixth week after operation,and the diameter of lymphocysts in the control group was?7.94±1.18?cm,.There was significant difference in the diameter of lymphoid cyst between the two groups?P<0.05?.?3?Effect of Saifurun combined with acupoint massage of traditional Chinese medicine on postoperative abdominal drainage fluid of patients:The abdominal drainage volume of the observation group was150.58±14.62 ml on the first day after operation,and that of the control group was 152.28±14.52 ml on the first day after operation.There was no significant difference in the amount of abdominal drainage between the two groups?P>0.05?.The abdominal drainage volume of the observation group was 141.58±14.52 ml on the second day after operation,and that of the control group was 149.19±14.56 ml on the second day after operation.There was significant difference in the amount of abdominal drainage between the two groups?P<0.05?.The abdominal drainage volume of the patients in the observation group was76.54±14 on the third day after discharge cost 28551.26±1850.13 yuan,and that of the observation group was 28492.9±1852.43 yuan from admission to discharge.There was no significant difference in hospitalization expenses between the
