Clinical Research Of Traditional Chinese Medicine On Umbilicus With Acupoint Massage In The Treatment Of Slow Transit Constipation

Objective:This topic through the observation of navel spreading with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of colonic slow transit constipation (Qi and yin deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome) clinical efficacy, to explore a new method for clinical treatment of slow transit constipation, provide scientific basis for clinical application.Methods:All the subjects were from2013May to2014July during the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine Department of anorectal outpatient or hospitalized patients90cases, were randomly divided into3groups, A group (Chinese medicine plaster on navel+acupoint massage); B traditional Chinese medicine group (umbilical); C Pu Lucard mosapride group; each group had30cases. Three groups of patients with age, sex,duration, treatment the total symptom score difference has significant differences (P>0.05),comparable to the one month after treatment and follow-up observation. To improve the situation and safety indexes were compared between the three groups total efficiency and colon transmission function, evaluation.Results:(1)the total efficiency of the combination group93.3%,umbilicus group total effectiveness86.7%, Pu Lu card shall be the total efficiency of83.3%, group, compared the clinical efficacy of the three groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), combinedgroup was better than the other two groups.(2) was more significant in patients with disease duration less than or equal to5years and older than50years of age,5years of age and duration of more than50years (P<0.05).(3) the combined group than theumbilicus group and general Lu card mosapride group can significantly improve the function of colonic transit constipation (P<0.05).(4) three groups of patients after half a year follow-up, the recurrence rates were7.4%in the combination group, umbilicus group24%and Pu Lu card mosapride group was36%, the recurrence rate of combination group was significantly lower than the other two groups (P<0.05).(5) the clinical application of acupuncture point massage combined with umbilical in the course of treatment no adverse reactions or adverse events were found.Conclusion:Chinese medicine plaster on navel combined with acupoint massage in the treatment ofslow transit constipation (Qi and yin deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome) has good curative effect, low recurrence rate and the security is good, better than the single umbilical therapy, is better than that of Pu Lu card will benefit, is a good method for treatment of slow transit constipation.
