Purpose:This Research used Thai massage and Chinese massage to treat the etiology and pathogenesis of cervical myofasciitis.Similarities anddifferences in treatment principles,treatment points,manipulation techniques,etc.,Explore their own characteristics,learn from each other’s strengths,make up for each other’s weaknesses,and promote the innovation and developmentof Chinese and Thai massage for cervical myofasciitis.Material and method : Use Tsinghua Tongfang Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Database,PUBMED,TCI,MULKC,and the Thai Medical Professional Library of Thailand University as the Research tool.Take "Neck Myofasciitis","Myofascial Syndrome","Thai Medicine","Chinese Medicine","Thai Massage","Chinese Tuina","Thai Royal Massage","Thai Ordinary Traditional Massage" "Is the search term.Taking the academic paperspublished in Thailand,China and international academic journals from 2001 to 2020 as the research object,the relevant documents are screened and accepted according to the inclusion criteria.For the included literature,items were established with Chinese medicine massage and Thai massage,and the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principles,treatment points,and manipulation techniques of their respective cervical myofasciitis were counted separately.Contrast theconcepts and connotations of Chinese and Thai medical items,and conduct acomparative study of frequency and frequency.Results:1.Literature search results: 40 TCM literatures and 25 Thai medical literatures that meet the inclusion criteria.2.In terms of etiology: Thai medicine and Chinese medicine treat the same disease as cervical myofasciitis,which is muscle overwork.3.In terms of treatment principle: Thai medicine’s treatment principle is mainly to relax muscles,while traditional Chinese medicine is mainly to relievemuscles and relieve pain.4.In terms of operating techniques: Thai massage is mainly used by pressing methods,and Chinese massage is mainly used by kneading.5.Acupoint selection: Thai royal massage mainly uses basic shoulder strips,Thai traditional ordinary massage mainly uses itha,pinggala,and kalatharee,and Chinese massage usually uses Fengchi acupoints.Conclusion:1.The etiology and pathogenesis of cervical myofasci in traditional Chinese medicine and Thai medicine are similar to those of overworked muscles,insufficient Qi and blood.Therefore,the treatment principle of Thai and Chinese is mainly to relax the muscles,relax the meridians,and promote bloodcirculation and relieve pain.2.The acupoints for the treatment of cervical myofasciitis in Thai Royal Massage,Thai Ordinary Traditional Massage and Chinese Massage have the same anatomical parts,while the acupoints of Chinese and Thai medicine have their own advantages.3.Thai Royal Massage,Thai Ordinary Traditional Massage and Chinese Tuina have different techniques for cervical myofasciitis,but they have the same techniques and treatment purposes.4.There are similarities and differences between Chinese and Thai traditional medicine.Among them,Thai massage and massage are used to treat cervical myofasciitis,in order to complement each other and achieve improvedtherapeutic effects.
