Objective:The incidence of bladder dysfunction after cervical cancer is high.Acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine have certain curative effect. This experiment intends to observe the effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine on bladder function after radical resection of cervical cancer by urodynamic examination.Method:Thirty-three patients with cervical cancer(stage Ia-IIa)from March 20 to March 2019 were enrolled. All patients underwent radical resection of cervical cancer by the same group of physicians with the ability to perform laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer. They were randomly divided into the control group(n=11),the treatment group(11 cases),and the treatment group(11 cases). All the three groups underwent preoperative urodynamic examination and routine admission examination to exclude urinary system diseases or affect urinary system function.Related diseases. The control group was treated with catheterization for the first 7 days after surgery, supplemented by psychological behavior therapy. The treatment group 1 was supplemented with acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The treatment group 2 was treated with traditional Chinese medicine in addition to the above methods.Treatment group 1,treatment group 2 two groups were added adjuvant therapy on the first day after surgery. All patients were tested for urodynamics after removal of the urethra on the 8th day after surgery. If the measured residual urine volume of the bladder is>100ml,intermittent catheterization will be given, and the three groups will continue to maintain the above treatment until the patient can urinate on their own and consciously drained, and the residual urine volume of the bladder is measured<100ml.End.Results:1.In this study,we compared the changes of urinary motility before and after operation in the control group. It was found that the damage of bladder function caused by radical resection of cervical cancer was mainly caused by detrusor damage and bladder sensation weakening or loss.2.This study compared the results of postoperative urodynamics in the three groups and found no statistical difference in urination time and urinary flow time.3.This study compared the results of postoperative urodynamic examination between the control group and the treatment group 1 and found differences in maximum urinary flow rate, mean urinary flow rate, initial urinary tract and detrusor contractility(P<0.05).Significance;and there was no difference in strong urinary sensation(P>0.05),no statistical significance.4.In this study,we compared the results of postoperative urodynamic examination between the control group and the treatment group2.It was found that the maximum urinary flow rate, average urinary flow rate, initial urinary sensation, strong urinary tract, and urinary contraction of the detrusor in the acupuncture combined group were observed. There was a better improvement in the force(P<0.05),and the difference was significant and statistically significant.5.In this study, the bladder residual urine volume and the total catheterization time were measured by comparing the bladder residual urine volume measured in the three groups after the removal of the urinary catheter on the 8th day after surgery and the total catheterization time.Less than the other two groups.5.In this study, the results of postoperative urodynamic examination in treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 were compared, and it was found that the consistency of urine in the bladder was consistent(P>0.05),which was not statistically significant.6.In this study,we compared the bladder residual urine volume measured by the three groups after the removal of the urinary catheter on the 8th day after surgery and the total catheterization time in the whole course. It was found that the bladder residual urine volume and total catheterization time were less in the acupuncture combined drug group. In the other two groups.7.After 1 course of treatment with different methods, the total effective rate of treatment group 2 was determined by the evaluation of TCM and Western medical efficacy evaluation criteria, and the TCM syndromes of treatment group 2 were significantly improved compared with the other two groups.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with treatment, compared with acupuncture and basic treatment,it can promote the recovery of bladder function after radical resection of cervical cancer.Mainly in the maximum urinary flow rate, average urinary flow rate, bladder initial urinary sensation, strong urinary tract, urinary detrusor contractility.2.Cervical cancer and radical surgery, early combined with acupuncture and medicine, have a certain preventive effect on postoperative bladder dysfunction, and can shorten the time of indwelling catheter and reduce residual urine volume.3.Combination therapy with acupuncture and medicine is better for improving clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes.
