Purpose:To study the related factors of recurrence after radical resection of cervical cancer, and to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and individualized treatment of recurrence after radical resection of cervical cancer. Methods: Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 275 patients diagnosed and undergone radical cervical cancer surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from January 2016 to August 2018,including 140 patients undergoing radical cervical cancer surgery and laparoscopic cervical surgery Radical cancer resection was performed in 135 cases, which were divided into postoperative recurrence group 28 cases and non-recurrence group 247 cases. The age, clinical stage, surgical method, lymph node metastasis, parauterine infiltration, muscular layer infiltration depth, tumor size,SCC,pathology were analyzed.Whether the type and other factors affect the recurrence of cervical cancer patients after surgery. Results: The results of single factor analysis showed that the operation method,SCC,tumor size, cervical interstitial infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis, pathological type, and parauterine infiltration were the factors that affected the recurrence of cervical cancer after radical resection, all of which were statistically significant(P< 0.05).The recurrence rate of laparoscopic surgery was 14.07%(19/135),the recurrence rate of open surgery was 6.43%(9/140),P=0.036(X2=4.39);the recurrence rate of SCC?1.5 ng/ml was 10.63%(17 /160),the recurrence rate of SCC <1.5ng/ml is 2.74%(2/73),P=0.041(X2=4.16);the recurrence rate of tumor size <2cm is 4.44%(4/90),tumor size ? 2cm(24/185)The recurrence rate was12.97%,P=0.028(X2=4.82);The recurrence rate of cervical interstitial infiltration depth>1/2 was 15.63%(20/128),and the cervical interstitial infiltration depth?1/1/ 2The recurrence rate was 5.44%(8/147),P=0.005,(X2=7.76);the positive recurrence rate of lymph nodes was 22.03%(13/59),the negative recurrence rate of lymph nodes was 6.94%(15/216),P= 0.001(X2=11.54);the recurrence rate of squamous cell carcinoma was 8.15%(19/233),the recurrence rate of non-squamous cell carcinoma was 21.43(9/42),P=0.009(X2=6.86);recurrence of positive parathyroid infiltration The rate was 40%(2/5),the negative recurrence rate of parauterine metastases was 9.63%(26/270),P=0.026(X2=4.95).Multivariate analysis showed that: operation method,SCC,tumor size, cervical interstitial infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis, pathological type, and parauterine infiltration were independent risk factors for recurrence of cervical cancer after radical resection, and the p-values ??were all less than 0.05.Conclusion: Surgical methods, lymph node metastasis, parauterine infiltration, cervical interstitial infiltration depth, tumor size,SCC,and pathological type are the risk factors that affect the recurrence of cervical cancer after radical resection;laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer is more effective than open radical resection of cervical cancer Treatment has a poor prognosis.
