Cervical cancer is the highest incidence of gynecological reproductive tractmalignant tumor, pelvic lymphocele is the most common recent complication ofcervical cancer radical surgery. Although lymphocele is not fatal, but it isoften associated with symptoms such as fever, chronic pelvic pain, lower limbedema, increased patient discomfort and compound the thought burden and affectthe patient’s quality of life and the subsequent treatment. Therefore, timelytreatment and prevention of postoperative pelvic lymphocele is of importantclinical significance.This paper is divided into two parts:The first part introduces cervical cancer complications, and summarized inrecent years for the treatment of cervical cancer postoperative pelviclymphocele, in view of the present research puts forward thinking, hoping tofind more applied to clinical treatment and prevention method can reduce theincidence, thereby improve the quality of survival in patients withgynecological tumor;The second part of the pathogenesis of pelvic lymphocele is related tocervical cancer radical surgery factors and combine traditional Chinese andwestern medicine treatment for clinical curative effect analysis.Purpose:To observe cervical cancer radical surgery complicated with pelvic lymphocelerelated factors and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatmentcurative effect.Material and method:1. Collected in liaoning province tumor hospital during January2008-January2010line a total of384patients with cervical cancer radical, analysis theincidence of postoperative pelvic lymphocele, as well as the patient’s age,pathology type, radical prostatectomy in cleaning up the number of lymph nodes, clinical staging, surgical approach, preoperative presence of radiotherapy, andpresence of medical complications and their correlation.2. The postoperative complications for a total of28patients with pelviclymphocele, comparative analysis of our hospital department of gynaecology theexperience of oral Chinese medicine medicinal broth with magnesium sulfatetopical treatments and curative effects of magnesium sulfate topical therapyalone.Results:1. Cervical cancer patient’s age, pathology type, radical prostatectomy incleaning the lymph nodes and the number of different line whether preoperativeput, chemotherapy treatment of pelvic lymphocele is different (P <0.05), butnot show that the incidence of cervical cancer effect a radical cure pelviclymphocele after operation and clinical staging, operation mode, the presenceof medical complications.2. This paper confirmed that the experience of oral Chinese medicine medicinalbroth with inguinal region magnesium sulfate wet apply in vitro combinetraditional Chinese and western medicine curative effect is superior to the useof magnesium sulfate wet apply conventional western medicine therapy in vitro(P <0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of postoperative lymphocystalso has a unique role, on the basis of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,can obviously improve the therapeutic effect of lymphocyst postoperatively, andcombine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, repeatableoperation, the curative effect affirmation.
