Clinical Study Of Acupoint Massage Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation In Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:This study was based on evidence-based medicine,guided by the basic theory of TCM,combined with clinical practice,flexible use of Chinese medicine technology,the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine characteristics,discusses tired point massage combined traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of knee joint disease clinical curative effect,to seek a simple,safe,effective,easy to accept patients with treatment.Method:Select our hospital from March 2016 to August 2017 by the departments of knee joint disease,60 cases to carry out the contrast research,the study,with the approval of the patients and patients’ families,and approved by the hospital ethics committee approval,according to patients’ hospitalized order divided the patients into two groups by random number method,gives the control group(30 cases)of conventional western medicine treatment,to give the team(30 cases)tired massage combined traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment,the clinical curative effect of comparative research group and the control group patients,VAS score,osteoarthritis index WOMAC scores,knee joint various symptoms integral,daily life ability evaluation*Result:The total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%,and that of the research group was 93.3%,which was higher in the research group than in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before and 4 weeks after treatment in the study group and the control group,but at 6 and 8 weeks after treatment,the VAS scores of the study group were significantly better than that of the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After the comparison of WOMAC scores of the two groups,the WOMAC scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.After treatment,the scores of various signs including perigenicular tenderness,joint swelling and range of motion of joints were lower in the study group than in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05)and statistical significance.In terms of quality of life,the patients in the study group were significantly better than the control group in mental health,physiological function and emotional function after receiving management,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Meridian point massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation has good clinical effect on knee osteoarthritis.2.Acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumination and washing can improve knee mobility and quality of life in patients with knee joint disease.3.The curative effect is reliable,the method is simple and convenient,the treatment ch aracteristic of the traditional Chinese medicine is simple and convenient,and the method is suitable for popularization and application at the base layer.
