Clinical Obtservation Of Unique Technology Combination Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion On The Treatment Of Scapiulohumeral Periarthritis

Objective:To observe the curative effect of characteristic technical combination of acupuncture and moxibustion(hook needle cutting,cupping,fire-needle quick needling,filiform needle retention,and TDP irradiation)in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis,and adopt the “scapulohumeral periarthritis efficacy rating scale” and “VAS score” as an observational indicator,it is hoped that a standardized and short course of characteristic technical combination of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for scapulohumeral periarthritis is established,and provide a necessary and objective basis for clinical application.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis in clinic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Hospital of Shanxi Provincial were selected for clinical study,which were selected according to the criteria of diagnosis and inclusion criteria.These patients were treated with characteristic technical combination of acupuncture and moxibustion(hook needle cutting,cupping,fire-needle quick needling,filiform needle retention,and TDP irradiation).The treatment was performed once a week for 2 treatment times;observations were made before treatment,first treatment,second treatment,and 1month follow-up after the second treatment.The efficacy rating scales and VAS scores were statistically analyzed using SPSS20.0 statistical software to evaluate the efficacy.Results:(1)Among 60 cases of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis,53 cases were cured,accounting for 88.3%;5 cases were improved,accounting for 8.3%;2 cases were unhealed,accounting for 3.3%;the cure rate was 88.3%,and the general effective rate was 96.6%.(2)Compared the therapeutic evaluation of first treatment,second treatment,and one month follow-up after the second treatment with before treatment,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),compared the therapeutic evaluation of second treatment with first treatment,and one month follow-up after the second treatment with first treatment and second treatment,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),it shows that characteristic technical combination of acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively improve patients' daily life ability,improve the function of shoulder activity and relieve pain,and with the increase of the treatment,its curative effect is better,and its subsequent accumulative effects persist.(3)Compared the VAS scores of patients betweenfirst treatment,second treatment,and one month follow-up after the second treatment,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and compared the VAS scores of second treatment with first treatment,and one month follow-up after the second treatment with the first treatment and second treatment,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),it shows that characteristic technical combination of acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively relieve shoulder pain.Conclusion :(1)The characteristic technical combination of acupuncture and moxibustion has a significant effect on the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.It can effectively relieve pain and improve the function of the shoulder.(2)After clinical research and statistical analysis,it is shown that the characteristic technical combination of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis has a high curative effect,a short course of treatment,a high cure rate,and it can be used as a standardized treatment program of scapulohumeral periarthritis for clinical application.
