Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis During Adhesion Period With "Tendon Node" Fireblade Needle

Objective:60 cases of periarthritis of shoulder in adhesion period were randomly divided into observation group and control group by SPSS17.0statistical software,30 cases each.The observation group was treated with fire edge acupuncture combined with wheat grain moxibustion,and the control group was treated with filiform acupuncture.Course of treatment:once every other day,three times a week,three times as a course of treatment,a total of four courses of treatment 12 times.Methods: the follow-up data of the two groups before,after and 3 months after treatment were recorded,and the curative effect was observed by VAS score,melle score and shoulder function evaluation scale.Statistical software SPSS17.0 was used to analyze the relevant data.Result:1.There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of the overall effect of the two groups: the observation group has 11 cases of clinical recovery,11 cases of significant effect,5 cases of effective,2 cases of ineffective,the total effective rate is 93.1%;the control group has 7 cases of clinical recovery,8 cases of significant effect,8 cases of effective,6 cases of ineffective,the total effective rate is 79.3%,the observation group is better than the control group(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of melle scores of the two groups: by t-test analysis,(1)comparison between groups:(1)comparison of melle scores of the two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),and the two groups were comparable.(2)There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison within the group:(1)after treatment and before treatment,the difference of melle score was statistically significant in the observation group(P < 0.01);in the control group(P < 0.05).(2)After 3 months of treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),while the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The results show that the two groups have curative effect in improving shoulder joint mobility,the observation group is better than the control group,and the long-term curative effect is better.4.Comparison of shoulder function scores between the two groups: by t-test analysis,(1)comparison between the two groups:(1)comparison of shoulder function scores between the two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),and the two groups were comparable.(2)There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).(2)Intra group comparison:(1)after treatment and before treatment,the difference of shoulder joint function score between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01);the control group(P < 0.05).(2)After 3months of treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),while the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).It shows that the two groups can improve the shoulder joint function,the observation group is more significant,and the long-term effect is better.5.Comparison of VAS scores between the two groups: by t-test analysis,(1)comparison between the two groups:(1)there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),and the two groups were comparable.(2)There was significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison within the group:(1)after treatment and before treatment,the difference of VAS score between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01);the control group(P < 0.05).(2)Compared with VAS score after 3 months of treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),while the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The results show that the two groups have curative effect in improving shoulder pain,the observation group has more significant curative effect,and the long-term analgesic effect is better.Conclusion: using "tendon node" fire blade acupuncture combined with wheat grain moxibustion and common acupuncture can relieve the pain of patients with periarthritis of shoulder in adhesion period and improve the activity of shoulder joint.The observation group is better than the control group in improving shoulder pain,activity and function,and the long-term effect of the observation group is better.
