Professor Liu Lanlin's Use Of The Theory Of Febrile Disease To Guide The Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria

Objective: This study adopts the method of data mining,through analyzing the clinical outpatient medical records of Professor Liu Lanlin in the treatment of chronic urticaria guided by the theory of febrile diseases,to explore professor Liu Lanlin's academic thoughts and the characteristics of prescription and medication rules in clinical treatment of chronic urticaria,and to provide reference and reference for clinical treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods:(1)Through literature search and related materials,the research status of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on chronic urticaria was summarized.(2)Collect 282 prescriptions of chronic urticaria patients in Professor Liu Lanlin's outpatient department,collect and sort out the prescriptions,build a database of traditional Chinese medicine for treating chronic urticaria according to inclusion exclusion criteria,standardize all drug names,and use Office2010,Spss Statistics 22.0 and Spss Modeler18.0 for frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis,so as to summarize Professor Liu Lanlin's academic thoughts and prescription medication rules for treating chronic urticaria.Results: Professor Liu Lanlin's prescription and medication rules for treating chronic(1)urticaria: Drug property statistics: According to the frequency of occurrence,cold drugs(51 drugs,25.00%),warm drugs(49 drugs,24.02%)and mild drugs(42 drugs,20.59%)have the highest frequency of occurrence.According to the frequency of use,cold drugs(1773 times,39.43%),mild drugs(921 times,20.48%)and mild cold drugs(834 times,18.55%)have the highest frequency of use.(2)Drug flavor statistics: The drugs with frequent occurrence frequency and usage frequency are bitter drugs(91 drugs,2245 times,49.92%),sweet drugs(90 drugs,2123 times,47.21%)and pungent(3)drugs(82 drugs,1366 times,30.38%).meridian tropism statistics: according to the frequency of occurrence,liver meridian(112 flavor,54.90%),lung meridian(81 flavor,39.71%)and stomach meridian(70 flavor,34.31%)have the highest frequency of occurrence.According to the frequency of use,the liver meridian(2626 times,58.39%),heart meridian(1876 times,41.72%)and stomach meridian(1740 times,(4)38.69%)are frequently used.There were 36 drugs with frequency ? 30 times in 282 prescriptions.Among them,Cortex Moutan,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Periostracum Cicadae,Radix Rehmanniae,Cornu Bubali,Folium Isatidis,Bombyx Batryticatus,and Radix Scrophulariae were used more frequently.Traditional Chinese medicine: according to the frequency of occurrence and use,antipyretic,deficiency-tonifying and exterior-(5)relieving drugs are relatively high.Common drug pair combinations(frequency ?88)include: 36 pairs of Cortex Moutan,Periostracum Cicadae,Glycyrrhrizae Radix,Cortex Moutan,Radix Rehmanniae,Cortex Moutan,Cornu Bubali,Cortex Moutan,Periostracum Cicadae,Bombyx Batryticatus,Folium Isatidis,Cortex Moutan,(6)etc.Cluster analysis: There are 13 drug combinations including Atractylodes Rhizome,Atractylodes Rhizome,Poria,Polyporus,Alisma orientale,Spina Gleditsiae,Coptidis Rhizoma,Radix Isatidis,Cortex Mori,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis,Polygoni Multiflori Radix,Caulis Polygoni Multiflori,Serpentis,Tribulus terrestris,Xu Changqing,Kochiae Fructus,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix(7)Paeoniae Rubra,etc.The two correlations show that there are 24 groups including Atractylodes macrocephala,Atractylodes lancea,Cortex Moutan,Agrimonia pilosa,Cortex Moutan,Cornu Bubali,Periostracum Cicadae,Bombyx Batryticatus,Cortex Moutan,Ecliptae Herba,Cortex Moutan,Fructus Forsythiae,Poria,Polyporus,etc.According to the three correlations,there are 23 groups including Cortex Moutan + Flos Lonicerae + Radix Rehmanniae,Cortex Moutan + Herba Agrimoniae + Folium Isatidis,Cortex Moutan + Folium Bambusae + Cornu Bubali,Periostracum Cicadae + Radix Saposhnikoviae + Bombyx Batryticatus,etc.According to the four correlations,there are altogether 21 groups including Cortex Moutan + Folium Isatidis + Cornu Bubali + Periostracum Cicadae,Periostracum Cicadae + Bombyx Batryticatus + Radix Rehmanniae + Glycyrrhrizae Radix,Cortex Moutan + Radix Scrophulariae + Cornu Bubali + Periostracum Cicadae,Cortex Moutan + Folium Isatidis + Radix Rehmanniae+ Periostracum Cicadae,etc.According to multiple correlations,the core prescription is Cortex Moutan,Bombyx Batryticatus,Cornu Bubali,Radix Rehmanniae,Glycyrrhrizae Radix,and Periostracum Cicadae.Conclusion: Professor Liu Lanlin thinks that the cause of chronic urticaria is nothing more than heat,wind,dampness and blood stasis.Heat is mainly heat and wind.Heat can be divided into qi,nutrient,blood,deficiency heat,excess heat,etc.At the beginning,the pathogen stagnates the exterior and defends the yin and yang,while at the later stage,heat enters the nutrient and blood,resulting in deficiency of yin,blood,body fluid and blood stasis.Medication: cold and warm combined,mainly cold,bitter diarrhea,sweet tonic,and pungent powder combined.The drug combinations include clearing heat,cooling blood,purging heat,dispelling wind,promoting eruption,relieving itching,invigorating spleen,promoting diuresis,nourishing blood,promoting blood circulation,nourishing yin,and promoting heat.The clinical manifestations are good at treating and differentiating syndromes by adding and subtracting Yinqiao Powder,Shengjiang Powder,Qingying Decoction,Xijiao Dihuang Decoction,etc.The core prescription is Cortex Moutan,Cornu Bubali,Radix Rehmanniae,Bombyx Batryticatus,Periostracum Cicadae,and Glycyrrhrizae Radix.The six drugs are combined to play the functions of clearing heat,nourishing yin,cooling blood,dispelling wind,and relieving itching.
