Professor Liu Lanlin's Use Of The Theory Of Febrile Disease To Guide The Treatment Of Seborrhoeic Alopecia

Objective: This study adopts data mining methods,by analyzing the clinical outpatient medical records of Professor Liu Lanlin in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia guided by the theory of febrile diseases,to explore professor Liu Lanlin's academic thoughts and the herbal prescription rules in clinical treatment of seborrheic alopecia,and to provide references and references for clinical treatment of seborrheic alopecia.Methods:(1)Summarize the research status of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment in seborrheic alopecia,through literature search and accessing to information.(2)Collect 147 prescriptions from patients with seborrheic alopecia in Professor Liu Lanlin's outpatient department,sort out the releated prescriptions and standardize all drug names,to build a database of traditional Chinese medicine for treating seborrheic alopecia according to inclusion exclusion criteria.Use Office2010,Spss Statistics 22.0 and Spss Modeler18.0 for frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis,so as to summarize Professor Liu Lanlin's academic thoughts and herbal prescription rules for treating seborrheic alopecia.Results: Professor Liu Lanlin's herbal prescription rules for treating seborrheic alopecia according to According to the frequency of occurrence:(1)There were 30 drugs with frequency ? 26 times in the prescriptions.Among them,Licorice,Angelica,Rehmannia gultinosa,Bianren,Polygonum multiflorum,Poria,Saga,Mulberry,Atractylodes,Platycladus orientalis,Eucommia ulmoides,Dogwood,Psoralen were used more frequently.(2)Drug property statistics: mainly includes : cold drugs,warm drugs,mild drugs.cold drugs(62 drugs,34.64%,709 times,28.43%),warm drugs(56drugs,31.28%,1056 times,42.34%)and mild drugs(46 drugs,25.70%,595 times,23.86%).(3)Drug flavor statistics: mainly includes:sweet drugs,bitter drugs and pungent drugs.sweet drugs(91 drugs,50.84%,1622 times,65.04%),bitter drugs(84drugs,46.93%,985 times,39.49%)and pungent drugs(66 drugs,36.87%,763 times,30.59%).(4)Meridian tropism: kidney meridian(55 drugs,30.73%,1171 times,46.95%),spleen meridian(68 drugs,37.99%,1186 times,47.55%)and lung meridian(64 drugs,35.75%,844 times,33.84%).stomach meridian(64 drugs,35.75%,718 times,28.79%).(5)Types of medication:179 drugs are divided into 19 categories,and top3 frequencies of use are deficiency-tonifying drugs,antipyretic drugs,eliminating dampness drugs.(6)Analysis of drug clustering rules shows:30 drugs get good clustering effect when clustered into 10 categories,which are Chen Pi,Pinellia,Poria cocos,Poria;Poria,Atractylodes,Codonopsis;Bianren,Saga;Eucommia ulmoides,Teasel;Mulberry,Eclipta;Kawasaki,Chaihu,white peony,Peony skin;Rehmannia glutinosa,Polygonum multiflorum,Angelica;Dogwood,Cuscuta,Mulberry;Platycladus orientalis,Psoralen.(7)The two correlations show that there are 21 groups including Chenpi,Pinellia;Atractylodes,Cangzhu;Poria,Poria cocos;Rehmannia glutinosa,Dogwood;Mulberry,Cuscuta;Licorice,Pinellia;Licorice,Kawasaki;Bianren,white cardmom;Bianren,Psyllium;Rehmannia glutinosa,cuscuta;Saga,Hawthorm.etc.8.The three correlations show that there are 7 groups including Atractylodes + Cangzhu +Hawthorm,Atractylodes + Cangzhu + Poria,Atractylodes + Cangzhu + Bianre,Atractylodes + Cangzhu + Licorice,Mulberry+Cuscuta +Dogwood,Mulberry+Cuscuta+Rehmannia glutinosa,Atractylodes+Codonopsis+Bianren.etc.9.The core prescription composition are Angelica,Rehmannia glutinosa,Polygonum multiflorum,Bianren,Saga,Poria,Licorice.Conclusion: Professor Liu Lanlin thinks that the cause of seborrheic alopecia is nothing more than excess type and deficiency type.The outside dampness is the basis for seborrheic alopecia,which take the congenital deficiency as the core.The patients are crazy about the spicy food,so as to hair lost to nutritious maintenance.The pathogenesis of seborrheic alopecia is characterized by dampness stagnation in the pores and doles,and the dampness is the main in the early stage,while the liver and kidney insufficiency in the late period.And the damp-heat fumigation and Yin deficiency and blood stasis are key links.The treatment is govern by sanjiao theory.Medication: cold and warm combined,mainly cold,bitter diarrhea,sweet tonic,attack and supplement.Drug combinations include light lung,clearing heat,dryness,promoting diuresis,tonic liver and kidney.etc.Professor Liu Lanlin are good at adding and subtracting in the prescription,such as Sanren Soup,Huo Pu Xia Lin Soup,Wang's Lian Pu Drink,Poria skin Soup,and Shenqi Pill.etc.The core prescription consists of Bianren,Saga,Poria,Rehmannia glutinosa,Angelica,Polygonum multiflorum,Licorice,whose efficacy are Humidity and Fat Removal and hair growth.
