Professor Liu Lanlin's Use Of The Theory Of Febrile Disease To Guide The Treatment Of Henoch-sschonlein Purpura

Objective: This study adopts data mining methods,by analyzing the clinical outpatient medical records of Professor Liu Lanlin in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura guided by the theory of febrile diseases,to explore professor Liu Lanlin's academic thoughts and the herbal prescription rules in clinical treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura,and to provide references and references for clinical treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura.Methods:(1)Summarize the research status of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment in Henoch-Schonlein purpura,through literature search and accessing to information.(2)Collect 124 prescriptions from patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura in Professor Liu Lanlin's outpatient department,sort out the releated prescriptions and standardize all drug names,to build a database of traditional Chinese medicine for treating Henoch-Schonlein purpura according to inclusion exclusion criteria.Use Office2010,Spss Statistics 22.0 and Spss Modeler18.0 for frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis,so as to summarize Professor Liu Lanlin's academic thoughts and herbal prescription rules for treating Henoch-Schonlein purpura.Results: A total of 124 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine were included in this study.The main results are as follows:(1)the drug properties,taste and meridians are as follows: flat,cold and warm,bitter sweet and acrid drugs,and drugs acting on liver,lung and stomach are used frequently.(2)the combination of drugs and drug pairs:heat-clearing drugs,deficiency-tonifying drugs,surface-relieving drugs,Cortex Moutan and Licorice,Cortex Moutan and Lophatherum gracile Brongn,Cortex Moutan and Dyers Woad Leaf,Cortex Moutan and Radix Scrophulariae,Cortex moutan and Radix Rehmanniae are used more frequently.(3)Cluster analysis showed that 9 groups of commonly used drug pairs: Poria,Polyporus,Atractylodes,Angelica Sinensis,White Peony Root,Bupleurum,Prunellvulgaris,Saponifia,Dandelion,Forsythia,Honeysuckle,Folium Mori,Nocturne,Cortex Mori,Lophatherum gracile Brongn,Coix Seed,Radix Rehmanniae,Buffalo Horn,Radix Scrophulariae,Periostracum Cicadae,Stiff Silkworm,Cortex Dictamni,Cortex Moutan,etc.(4)binomial correlation showed: Poria cocos,Polyporus,Cortex Moutan,Cortex Mori,Periostracum Cicadae,Stiff Silkworm,Cortex Moutan,Radix Rehmanniae,Eclipta,Agrimony,5 groups of commonly used drugs;three correlations showed: Periostracum Cicadae+Cortex Dictamni+Stiff Silkworm,Cortex Moutan+Honeysuckle +Radix Rehmanniae,Cortex Moutan+ Cynanchum paniculatum+Radix Rehmanniae,Eclipta + Agrimonia +Radix Rehmanniae,etc(5)complex network analysis showed that Cortex Moutan,Lophatherumgracile Brongn,Radix scrophulariae,Licorice,Radix Rehmanniae,Periostracum Cicadae and Dyers Woad Leaf were the core drugs.Conclusion: According to this study,the disease of Henoch-Schonlein purpura is nothing more than wind,heat,dampness,blood stasis and deficiency,and the pathogenesis is mainly considered from the wind-heat of lung meridian,damp-heat of lung and stomach,Excessive heat of Ying Xue,fire due to yin deficiency,etc.,and Wei Qi Ying Xue syndrome differentiation runs through.The medication is as follows:(1)cold and flat temperature,cold and temperature,mainly cold.Cold is to clear heat,purge fire,detoxify,cool blood and nourish yin;warm to dredge collaterals and dissipate cold;(2)acrid,bitter,sweet drugs used together can play the following roles:acrid taste lightly disperse to pass through rash,bitter taste to clear heat,sweet taste to nourish vital energy slowly,acrid opening,bitter lowering and sweet tonifying,so that Qi can reach smoothly,purpura can be eliminated;(3)Wei Qi Ying Xue as the key,viscera as the goal,herbs are mostly used into the lung,stomach and liver meridians.Liu often uses heat clearing herbs,deficiency tonifying herbs,surface resolving herbs,etc.to disperse wind and heat,clear heat and reduce fire,cool blood and stop bleeding,activate blood and remove stasis,dispel wind and dredge collaterals,strengthen spleen and promote dampness,nourish blood and activate blood,nourish yin,etc The core prescription is Cortex Moutan,Lophatherum gracile Brongn,Radix scrophulariae,Licorice,Radix Rehmanniae,Periostracum Cicadae and Dyers Woad Leaf,which can cool blood and disperse blood stasis,dispel wind and dredge collaterals,nourish yin and penetrate rash.
