Clinical Observation Of Elongate Needles Piercing Through The Beishu Point Treatment Of Post-stroke Hiccup

Objective: To analyze the improvement of hiccup symptoms and sleep,mental and other related factors in patients with post-stroke hiccup after treatment,and to explore the clinical effect of Elongate Needles piercing through the Beishu point on post-stroke hiccup.Methods: Sixty patients with post-stroke hiccups were randomly divided into Elongate Needles group and western medicine control group.The frequency,time,hiccup symptom score,sleep score and mental score of patients were evaluated before and after treatment.And cure rate,using spss22.0 software for statistical analysis.RESULTS: After treatment,the Elongate Needles group getting 17 people cured,9 people improved,the effective rate was 90.00%,and the cure rate was 56.67%.After treatment,the control group getting 9 people cured,13 people improved,the effective rate was 73.33%,and the cure rate was 30%,P< 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the hiccup symptom scores of the two groups were significantly improved,P<0.01,and the Elongate Needles group was superior to the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;The two groups of patients after treatment hiccups occurred.The frequency and duration of hiccup were significantly improved,P<0.01,and the improvement of the Elongate Needles group was better than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;The sleep state of both groups was obvious after treatment.P<0.01,and the Elongate Needles group was superior to the western medicine group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the mental state of the patients in the Elongate Needles group was significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),western medicine group was no significant difference in mental state scores after treatment(P>0.05).The improvement of mental state scores in the Elongate Needles group was better than that in the medicine group(P<0.05);Comparing the efficiency of the two groups in each time period,the efficiency of the Elongate Needles group was higher than that of the western medicine group in < 0.5h and 0.5h-4h,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the Elongate Needles group had a faster onset time than the western medicine group.Conclusion: 1.Elongate Needles piercing through the Beishu point can improve the hiccup symptoms of patients with post-stroke hiccups,improve patients sleep and mental state,improve the quality of life of stroke patients.2.The Elongate Needle-piercing through the Beishu point treatment‘s curative effect is certain,the effect is quick,and the clinical application can be promoted.
