The Clinical Observation Of Wenyang Tongluo Ointment In Preventing And Treating Hand And Foot Syndrome Caused By Capecitabine

Objective Through this clinical study,we observe the self-made Wenyang Tongluo cream in the department,and whether it has the effect of preventing and treating HFS in the course of chemotherapy of patients with capecitabine.The incidence and degree of HFS were graded as observation targets,and the efficacy was evaluated objectively.In order to further promote the “Traditional Chinese Medicine External Treatment Method”,the clinical quality of patients was effectively improved,and more methods and ways were explored.Method Sixty patients were randomly divided into three groups: control group(warm Yang Tongluo ointment)20 cases,control group(honey vaseline 20 cases)and western medicine group(vitamin B 6 400mg/d 20 cases).All patients were treated with capecitabine regimen.The patients in the prevention and treatment group began to apply Wenyang Tongluo ointment on the day of chemotherapy,once a day.Honey Vaseline external application control group patients were given honey Vaseline on the day of chemotherapy,once a day.Patients in the western medicine group were given vitamin B 6400 mg/d orally on the day of chemotherapy,with a deadline of 6 cycles of chemotherapy.Observation test During the examination,the patient was told to avoid spicy food in daily life,avoid long-term exposure to cold objects,avoid exposure to allergic substances.At the same time,the occurrence and degree of hand-foot syndrome during chemotherapy were observed and recorded,and toxicity grading was carried out.During chemotherapy,blood routine,liver and kidney function should be rechecked to ensure the basic condition of the patient,Ensure that treatment continues normally.After the end of the 6 courses,evaluate the efficacy,analyze the incidence and grading of HFS in the three groups of patients,and pay attention to the impact on the clinical symptoms of patients with TCM.Results 1.Comparison of the incidence of HFS: The incidence was 20.00%(4 / 20)in the control group,57.89%(11 / 19)in the control group and 47.36%(9 / 19)in the western medicine group.The results showed that the incidence of the control group was the lowest,followed by the western medicine group,but there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group(P>0.05).The results showed that external application of Wenyang Tongluo ointment was superior to vitamin therapy in the prevention and treatment of HFS.2.HFS grading comparison: The 0-4 grades were 16/3/1/0 cases respectively;the honey Vaseline external control group was 8/3/5/3 cases;the western medicine group was 10/5/3/1 cases.Statistical analysis showed that the HFS classification of Wenyang Tongluo cream external application group and western medicine group was lower than that of honey Vaseline external control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),but the difference between honey vaseline group and western medicine group was not significant(P>0.05).3.Comparison of Therapeutic effects of Clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese Medicine: Comparison of clinical syndrome changes of TCM in Wenyang Tongluo cream external application group,markedly effective: effective: invalid = 5:10:5;honey Vaseline group markedly effective: effective: invalid = 1:4:14;western medicine group markedly effective: effective: invalid = 3: 4:11.Compared with the three groups,the improvement of TCM clinical syndrome of patients with Wenyang Tongluo cream external application group was better than that of honey Vaseline external control group and western medicine group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),but Wenyang Tongluo cream external application group and western medicine group The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).It is suggested that Wenyang Tongluo ointment is applied to prevent and cure group.Both the western medicine group and the western medicine group could improve the clinical symptoms of HFS patients,and the effect of external application of Wenyang Tongluo ointment was better than that of the control group.Conclusion 1.External application of Wenyang Tongluo ointment can significantly reduce the occurrence of capecitabine HFS and has a certain control effect on the occurrence of HFS.2.The external application of Wenyang Tongluo ointment can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of TCM and effectively improve the quality of life of the patients.3.The external application of Wenyang Tongluo ointment is convenient for patients with obvious curative effect,no toxic and side effects,and has good clinical value.
