Clinical Study Of Jianpi Yifei Tongluo Prescription In Treating Capecitabine-Associated Hand-Foot Syndrome

Purpose: This subject through clinical trials to observe the Self-Jianpi Yifei Tongluo Prescription for the treatment of capecitabine-related hand-foot syndrome(HFS)clinical efficacy,in order to guide the clinical treatment of HFS.Method: Sixty patients with HFS were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given Jianpi Yifei Tongluo Prescription combined with dregs immersion washing,the control group was given vitamin B6 tablets 300 mg / d with warm water washing,14 days for a course of treatment.After 2 courses of treatment,changes of HFS grade,pain degree,KPS score and symptom scores were evaluated.Result: Into 60 patients,removed or shed in 3 cases,29 cases in the treatment group and 28 cases in the control group were treated with statistical analysis.The results of the statistical analysis are as follows:1.The difference of general data before treatment in the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),and was comparable.2.HFS classification changes: The treatment group before and after treatment had statistically significant differences(P <0.01).The total effective rate was 75.86% in the treatment group and 42.86% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Changes in the degree of pain: The degree of pain in the treatment group before and after treatment had statistically significant differences(P <0.01).The total remission rate was 86.96% in the treatment group and 50% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.KPS score changes: The KPS scores of the treatment group before and after treatment had statistically significant differences(P <0.01).The treatment group increased rate of 48.28%,the stability rate was 41.38%,the control group increased rate of 17.86%,the stability rate was 50%.There was significant difference in KPS scores between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05).5.Symptoms Integral changes: The scores of skin erythema,desquamation of skin,numbness and acupuncture in treatment group had statistically significant difference(P <0.01).There were significant differences in scores of skin erythema,skin desquamation and numbness in treatment group and control group after treatment(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference in acupuncture points(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Self-Jianpi Yifei Tongluo Prescription can effectively reduce the classification of HFS,the degree of pain,and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.This prescription also has remarkable curative effect on common symptoms such as skin erythema,desquamation of the skin,numbness and acupuncture.
