| Objective:To observe the changes of knee joint function,joint activity,quality of life and infrared thermal imaging in patients with knee osteoarthritis(Knee osteoarthritis,KOA)before and after acupuncture.In order to evaluate the therapeutic effect of "Weizhong Cross" acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and to provide the basis for clinical treatment.Methods:From January to November 2018,104 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 52)and control group(n = 52),who were treated in the third traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shanxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine from January to November 2018.The treatment group was treated with "Weizhong Cross" acupuncture method,the main point: Yuzhong acupoint,Weizhong acupoint up and down about 1 inch,inner knee eye,outer knee eye(calf nose),middle knee,Aye point,patient's supine position,acupuncture inside knee eye,outer knee eye(calf nose),the patient's supine position,acupuncture inside knee eye,outer knee eye(calf nose),At the middle point of the knee,the prone position punctures the central point and the upper and lower sides of the central point 1 inch,leaving the needle in front and back for 15 minutes,for a total of 30 minutes.The control group was treated by routine acupuncture,the main points: knee eye,Liang Qiu,Yanglingquan,knee Yang Guan,A'e acupoint,patient's supine position,stay needle for 30 minutes,after acupuncture for 30 minutes,they were treated with Pingbu Pingxie manipulation after acupuncturing Qi to get Qi,which included knee eye,Liang Qiu,Yang Ling Quan,knee Yang Guan,Aye point,patient's supine position.The points of treatment group and control group were selected as follows: deficiency type of kidney deficiency plus bell,blood stasis blocking collaterals plus blood sea,yang deficiency and cold coagulation type plus Zusanli.10 times were treated as a course of treatment,followed up for 1 month.At the end of the treatment,one month after the end of the treatment,the knee function Lysholm scale,the knee motion ROM scale,the quality of life SF-36 scale and infrared thermal imaging were used to test the results.In order to observe the clinical curative effect,the data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 software,and the clinical curative effect was evaluated by using the Lysholm scale of knee joint function and Nimodipine method.Results:Of the 104 patients collected in this study,9 were lost due to various reasons,and 95 effective cases were collected,including 47 cases in the treatment group and 48 cases in the control group.There was no significant difference in sex,age and course of disease between the two groups(P > 0 05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0 that there was comparability between groups.(1)Lysholm of knee joint function and ROM score of knee joint activity: the Lysholm score of two groups before and after treatment showed that the end of treatment and one month after the end of treatment had some effect on the function of knee joint.The effect of "Weizhong Cross" acupuncture on the improvement of knee joint function in KOA patients was better than that in routine acupuncture treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The results of knee motion score before and after treatment in the two groups showed that the knee motion of the two groups was improved after one month of treatment,and the "Weizhong Cross" acupuncture method was used to treat the knee joint activity of the patients with KOA.The improvement effect of degree was significantly better than that of routine acupuncture treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)Quality of life(QOL)SF-36 score: from the observation indexes of 8 dimensions and the comprehensive score,the patients in both groups were significantly improved at the end of treatment and one month after treatment compared with those before their own treatment.At the end of treatment,there was no significant difference in the four dimensions of physiological function(RP),mental health(MH),total healthy(GH),activity(VT),between the two groups 1 month after treatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups in physiological function(PF),pain(BP),.Social function(SF),emotional function role(RE),comprehensive integral 5 aspects "Weizhong cross" acupuncture method is superior to the routine acupuncture treatment,the difference has statistical significance.Meaning(P < 0.05).(3)The results of infrared thermal imaging: the results showed that the temperature of the anterior part of knee joint,inside and outside of the knee joint was decreased in the two groups after one month's treatment and one month after the end of treatment,the resultsshowed that the temperature of the anterior,medial and lateral parts of the knee joint between the two groups was decreased.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The results showed that the temperature change of the medial and lateral knee joints,especially the posterior part of the knee joint,was significantly better than that of the control group,and the traditional acupuncture therapy was better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)"Weizhong Cross" acupuncture has a definite effect on improving the knee motor function of KOA patients.(2)The change of infrared temperature of the knee joint of KOA patients with "Weizhong Cross" acupuncture may be related to the effect of acupuncture on anti-inflammatory and detumescence and improving the blood perfusion volume of surrounding tissues.(3)On the basis of traditional acupoint selection,"Weizhong Cross" needling method was used to select central acupoints and the surrounding acupoints,and the treatment was performed before and after the same treatment,providing new ideas and new methods for clinical treatment
