The Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Weizhong Bloodlettin Therapy On Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective: To observe the different effect on acupuncture combined with Weizhongbloodletting and simple acupuncture on Knee Osteoarthritis, and to find a simple andreliable treatment by acupuncture.Method:60patients were divided into two groups, the acupuncture combined withWeizhong bloodletting treatment group and the simple acupuncture group,each of whichhave30patients. The treatment group use the method of acupuncturing Neiguan, Neixiyan,Waixiyan, Heding, Xuehai, Liangqiu, Zusanli, Yanglingquan, Yinlingquan, combined withWeizhong bloodletting. The simple acupuncture group needle same points, but withoutWeizhong bloodletting. Observe and record the differences between two groups about thepain improvement and the scores of clinic symptoms and signs.Result: Both the treatment group and the simple acupuncture group in the treatmentof Knee Osteoarthritis have obtained the good effect. The total effective rate in treatmentgroup is96.43%. And the simple acupuncture group with a total effective rate is75.00%.The scores above so that curative effect of the treatment group is better(P＜0.05), whileon the aspects of the pain improvement and the clinic symptoms and signs, the treatmentgroup is better too. Conclusion: The acupuncture combined with the Weizhongbloodletting of Knee Osteoarthritis is better than single acupuncture.(P＜0.05).
