Clinical Observation On Press-Kneading Knee Joint With Routine Acupuncture Treating Lumbar Spinal Stenosissyndrome

ObjectiveAccording to my teacher`s clinical experience of many years,by treating the patients with lumbar spinal stenosis disease,he found that press-kneading knee joint with routine acupuncture has good curative effect in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis disease.So,through observing the change of clinical curative effect or signs by treating LSS,we discuss the consolidation mechanism of the treatment of LSS to find a Kind of safe and effective non-surgical approach.MethodAccording to the Chinese society of lumbar spinal stenosis disease of TCM diagnostic criteria,the hubei university of Chinese medicine affiliated national physician outpatient treated patients,with waist and leg pain and intermittent claudication behavior mainly included in the study of lumbar spinal stenosis disease patients.The patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were randomly divided into acupuncture group(group A),massage group(group B)and press-kneading with acupuncture(group C)in May 2014 to January 2014 of 60,20 cases in each group.The acupuncture group(group A)by routine acupuncture method,the selection of bilateral lumbar 3 ~ L5 Hua Tuo clip Jiaji points,weizhong,Heyang,Chengshan,Ashi point.The massage group(B group),using press,kneading,dial and other massage techniques,focus on cable,location and pain reaction point nodules for kneading method in waist and lower extremities.The press-kneading with acupuncture group(Group C)combined by rubbing treatment of knee joint and conventional acupuncture treatment method.Acupuncture group and massage group at each operation time is 30 min,1 days after treatment,6 times,1 times for 1 course of treatment.Press-kneading combined with acupuncture group 20 min each time acupuncture,massage 10 min,every 1 days for treatment 1 times,6 times for 1 course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the lumbar pain VAS score and JOA score were observed,the data were statistically analyzed and compared between the two groups.Comparison of three schemes of stenosis of patients with VAS score at the lumbar spine,JOA score change.Compare the effectiveness of the above treatment methods.Result(1)group A in VAS score and JOA score comparison before and after treatment,by paired t test,P < 0.05,differences statistically.After treatment,the patient's symptoms,signs,pain has improved.(2)group B in the VAS score,JOA score comparison before and after treatment,by paired t test,P < 0.05,differences statistically.After treatment,the patient's symptoms,signs,pain has improved.(3)group C in VAS scores before and after the treatment,JOA score comparison,by paired t test,P < 0.05,differences statistically.After treatment,the patient's symptoms,signs,pain has improved significantly.(4)between group A and group B,group C compared between groups VAS score after treatment,by the analysis of variance,the PAC < 0.05,the PBC < 0.05,statistically significant,says A group C therapy for pain of improved significantly better than that of group A and group B.(5)between group A and group B,group C compared between groups JOA score after treatment,by the analysis of variance,the PAC < 0.05,the PBC < 0.05,statistically significant,says A group C treatment for symptoms and signs improved significantly better than that of group A and group B.ConclusionThe results showed that the conventional acupuncture treatment,massage treatment and knead knee joint with acupuncture treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis disease patients have good curative effect.On the VAS pain score and JOA score with knee joint with the routine acupuncture treatment the curative effect of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis disease rub up and obviously better than acupuncture group and massage group.This topic for the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis disease provides a new train of thought,is worth further clinical research.
