Objective : Clinical observation on the treatment of high perianal abscess by floating wire drainage through small incision, evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of this procedure, and explore a better method for clinical treatment of high perianal abscess. Methods : According to the diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria of high perianal abscess,60 cases were included and randomly divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to the random number table. In the experimental group,"floating wire drainage through small incision" was adopted. The control group received "simple multi-incision drainage".Postoperative anal pain, postoperative urination disorder, postoperative secretion, postoperative wound healing time, postoperative anal function and recurrence within half a year were observed and compared between the two groups.Statistical software SPSS22.0 was used to analyze and compare the data results. Results:The experimental group was significantly superior to the control group in terms of postoperative pain on day 3,postoperative pain on day 7,postoperative secretions on day 3,postoperative secretions on day 7,and postoperative wound healing time(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in pain on the first day after surgery, secretion on the first day after surgery, urination disorder on the day after surgery, anal function for half a year after surgery and recurrence within half a year after follow-up(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:It is safe and effective to treat high perianal abscess by floating wire drainage through small incision.Compared with multi-incision drainage,it has obvious advantages in postoperative pain on the third day, pain on the seventh day, postoperative secretions on the third day, postoperative secretions on the seventh day, postoperative wound healing time and other aspects. At the same time, this method reflects the idea of minimally invasive anorectal surgery, and has the advantages of less postoperative complications, less damage to anal function, and simple operation. In conclusion, small incision drainage with floatation wire is an effective method totreat high perianal abscess.
