Goal: To explore is it necessary to rinse generally after operating with radial multi-incisions plus loose draining belt in treating anal abscess.Measures: We randomly divided 100 appropriate patients into two groups, which included 50 individuals each. We towed & washed the draining belt for the experimental group while rinsed dissected abscess with 0.9%NS & 0.5 % Metronidazole for the control group after operation. Then we compared the disease pain index, the time of treating dissected abscess, the time of treating loose draining belt, the time of their healing, the secondary infection, the relapse rate after six months in and between the two groups. Results: There are no significant difference (P>0.05) in the time of treating loose draining belt, the time of their healing, the secondary infection, the relapse rate after six months between the two groups. However the experimental group outnumbered the control group in reducing pain & the time of treating dissected abscess (P<0.05).Conclusion: It is advanced to tow & washed the draining belt, instead of rinsing generally, after operating with radial multi-incisions plus loose draining belt in reducing pain & the time of treating dissected abscess & lightening the patients' economic burden.
