Objective:This project evaluates the impact of the two surgical methods on anal function by detecting the preoperative and postoperative anal function and anorectal dynamics of the two surgical methods of low perianal abscess, and is the choice of surgical treatment for primary anorectal doctors for reference. Methods:Selected 40 consecutive low perianal abscess patients in the Anorectal Department of the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College who met the inclusion criteria.Through a single-blind prospective randomized controlled experiment method, the patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 20 cases and a control group of 20 cases, treatment group The low perianal abscess was treated with incision and thread-drawing drainage, and the control group was treated with a one-time resection of the low perianal abscess. The cure rate, postoperative pain score, wound healing time, anal function, preoperative and postoperative anorectal pressure related indicators, and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups of patients. The collected results and data were statistically analyzed to draw conclusions.Result:(1)There was no statistical difference between the two groups of patients in terms of preoperative general information, cure rate, and recurrence rate.(2)There was no statistical difference in the pain scores between the two groups on the first day after surgery. The pain scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group on the 7,14,and 21 days after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant.(3)The average healing time of wounds in the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.(4)The comparison between the two groups of patients in terms of anal function(controlling gas, liquid and solid)is statistically significant, and the treatment group is better than the control group.(5)There were statistical differences in the comparison of the anorectal pressure-related indicators between the two groups of patients before and after surgery. Conclusion:Both incision and thread-drawing drainage and one-time resection are safe and effective for the treatment of low perianal abscesses, but incision thread-drawing drainage can better maintain the anal canal anatomy, reduce the damage of the anal sphincter, and protect the anus to a greater extent It is better than one-time resection in terms of average postoperative wound healing time and postoperative pain.It can better improve the quality of life of patients after surgery. It is worthy of clinical application in the primary anorectal department.
