Objective: To study the influencing factors of anal fistula formation after simple incision and drainage, and to guide clinicians to prevent anal fistula after operation. Methods: Consult relevant documents, analyse clinical characteristics of perianal abscess and anal fistula.Create an information collection table.Clinical data of patients with perianal abscess treated in our hospital from June 2017 to Novermber 2018 by simple incision and drainage.Include :sex, age general clinical data, obesity?diabetes?hypertension? constipation basic disease data, depth of abscess? perianal abscess range?history of perianal abscess?antibiotic use?fever?source of pathogenic bacteria abscess-related data. The postoperative follow-up was 3 months. The patients with anal fistula after operation were included in the anal fistula group, and the patients without anal fistula were included in the non-anal fistula group.Analysis of clinical data of two groups.SPSS 22.0 software was used to deal with the data of two groups, univariate analysis was performed with ?2 test, and multivariate analysis with binary logistic regression model. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Results: 1.98 patients with perianal abscess and 31 patients with anal fistula after operation were included in this study. The incidence of anal fistula was 31.63%.2.The results of univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in the history of diabetes, the depth of abscess, the history of perianal abscess and the proportion of patients from the source of infection(all P < 0.05).3.Logistic regression multivariate analysis showed that deep abscess, bacterial infection and perianal abscess history were closely related to anal fistula after operation(P < 0.05),which was a risk factor of anal fistula after simple incision of perianal abscess. Conclusion : The history of perianal abscess, infection of intestinal flora and deep abscess were the influencing factors of anal fistula in patients with perianal abscess after simple incision and drainage. When the patients have the above-mentiond situation,we should fully understand the patient's condition and take appropriate treatment measures for different patients,so as to reduce the incidence of postoperative anal fistula as far as possible.
