Observation Of Theraputical Effect Of Incision And Thread-drawing Technique In The Treatment Of Perianal Abscess: An Analysis Of 47 Cases

Objective: The therapeutical effects,surgical procedures,wound healing and points for attention of the disposable incision and thread-drawing technique in the treatment of perianal abscess were evaluated in the retrospective study.Method: The 47 cases were patients of Liaoning TCM from7. 2007 to1. 2008.These cases underwent such surgical treatments as incision and thread-drawing,tinidazole or cephalosporins and sits bath with traditional Chinese drugs after the operation.Result: All the 46 cases were cured in primary, only one case became anal fistula after the operation.The wound healing duration was 23.7 days.Conclusion : Incision and thread-drawing technigue in the treatment of perianal abscess could reduce the recurrence rate of postoperative abscess,could lower the recurrence rate of anal fistula,and might have the strong points in shortening treatment course and in relieving patients pain.
