Objective : To research a new way to treat hyper-positional perianal abscess with less pain and better effect .Methods : 78 patients with hyper-positional perianal abscess were divided randomly into the test group and the control group . The test group of 39 patients was treated by post-lateral anal drainage , and the control group of 39 patients with icision and thread-drawing procedure .Observe the postoperative hemorrhage, postoperative pain, pain of postoperative change of dressing, dysuria, infection of wound , healing time of wound, the size of postoperative scar, fecal incontinence and the recurrence in half a year after operation and analyze with statistical software SPSS13. 0. Statistical significance was accepted as P<0.05.Results: There are prominence differences (P<0.05) in healing time of surface of wound , pain of postoperative change of dressing, size of postopertive scar, fecal incontinence after operation between test group and control group ,nevertheless the difference are not prominent in postoerative haemorrhage, dysuria, infection after operation, recurrence and cure rate (P>0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of hyper-position perianal abscess with post-positional anal drainage can protect perianal sphincter, maintain anal shape and prevent occurrence of incomplete incontinence.
