Objective:To observe and assess the therapeutic effect of the modus operandi with multi-incisions plus loose draining belt and deep abscess placed the rubber tube advanced or short in treating high multi-space anal abscess.Methods:According to the diagnosis standard and exclusion standard of the high multi-space anal abscess, we bring the patients into40cases. The40cases of high multi-space anal abscess were divided into trials group and controlled group at random;20cases in trial group received the modus operandi with multi-incisions plus loose draining belt and deep abscess placed the rubber tube,20cases in controlled group received the modus operandi with multi-incisions plus loose drainingbelt (without deep abscess placed the rubber tube). Observe the time of the operation, the volume of blood loss in operation, the post operative pain, the retention of urine, the pain in the post operative dressing, the secondary infection, the anal dysfunction, the time of their healing and the relapse rate in the after three months. The relative results were calculated statistically with SPSS13.0software. Statistical standard was accepted as the " a " value equal0.05for double tailed test.Results:The trials group surpass the controlled group in the aspects of the postoperative pain in the following1-4days after the operation, the pain in the post operative dressing in the following2-5days after the first day of the operation the aspect on the time of their healing (P<0.05), There was no difference between the two groups in the postoperative pain in the same day, the retention of urine, the secondary infection, the anal dysfunction, the time of healing and the relapse rate in three months (P>0.05). But in the whole, scored with weighting, there was no difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The modus operandi with multi-incisions plus loose draining belt and deep abscess placed the rubber tube could not only effectively give a complete cure to anal abscess that avoid the fistulas occur, protect the anal function and, but also prevent the postoperative complications,and have evident technical dominance, such as lighter pains during postoperative treatments, promote incision healing, and so on.In all, the modus operandi with multi-incisions plus loose draining belt and deep abscess placed the rubber tube should be a super ordinary technique in the treatments of high multi-space anal abscess anal abscess.
