Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Tansoloxine Hydrochloride Combined With Solinaxine Succinate In The Treatment Of Double-j Tube Related Symptoms

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of tansoloxine hydrochloride and suboxine succinate in the treatment of double-j tube related symptoms,and to compare the efficacy of tansoloxine hydrochloride,suboxine succinate and the combined treatment of the two drugs.Methods:80 patients with unilateral double J tube indwelling after transurethral ureteroscopy were randomly divided into groups A,B,C and D,with 20 cases in each group.Group A was A blank control group.No M receptor blockers or A receptor blockers were used preoperatively or postoperatively.In group B,tansoroxine hydrochloride sustained release capsules were given 0.2mg once a day(qd).Group C was the solina group,which was given 5 mg solina succinate once a day(qd).Group D was a combination drug group,which was given tansoloxine hydrochloride sustained release capsule 0.2mg(qd)+ 5 mg(qd)of salina succinate.The patients were instructed to take the drug the next day after discharge,and the blank group was not given drug treatment.Four weeks after the surgery,he returned to the outpatient department of our hospital for reexamination to determine whether there was any abnormality in the position of the double J tube with KUB,and the double J tube was removed in the cystoscope room of our hospital.All patients before surgery,4 weeks after surgery,fill in the questionnaire: the international prostate symptom scale(IPSS),quality of life(QoL)/and visual analog pain scale(VAPS),medicine and record participants during the presence of dry mouth,constipation,blurred vision,urinary retention,hypotension,tachycardia,cognitive dysfunction and other adverse reactions occur.Results:The IPSS,QoL and VAPS scores of group B,C and D at 4 weeks after surgery were statistically different from those of group A(blank group)(P < 0.05).Pairwisecomparison showed that IPSS,QoL and VAPS scores of group D(combined treatment group)were significantly different from those of group B and C(single drug group)(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in IPSS total score and QOL between group B(tansoloxin group)and group C(solinamide group)at 4 weeks after surgery(P > 0.05),but there were statistically significant differences in symptoms of IPSS storage phase,urination symptoms of IPSS,and VAPS score between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Tansoloxine group,solinaxine group and combination group can improve the symptoms of lower urinary tract,quality of life and pain in patients with double J tube indwelling.The combination of tansoloxine and solinacin is better than the single drug,and it is the best choice for severe symptoms of double J tube.Tansoloxin had a good effect on urination and solinacin had a good effect on cisterria.Compared with solinaxine,tansoloxine was associated with better improvement in pain symptoms.
