| Objective : Through three jintong tube row stone soup joint tan solo symplectic hydrochloride sustained-release capsules in the treatment of urinary calculi observational study,preliminary evaluation of Chinese and western medicine combined with the efficacy and safety in the treatment of urinary calculi,provide certain reference for clinical and scientific research.Methods:Includ.ed in the standard of 60 patients with urinary calculi were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatme.nt gro.up with three jin.tong tube row sto.ne soup combined therapy with tan solo symplectic hydrochloride sustained-release capsules,the control group given proprietary Chinese medicine row stone particles joint tan solo symplectic hydrochloride sustained-release capsules treatment,a total of four weeks total treatment,compared two groups of patients with the clinical curative effect,calculi discharge rate,TCM syndrome integral,routine urine,urinary colour to exceed,etc.,according to the statistical analysis of data from initial preliminary evaluation combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment the curative effect and safety of urinary tract calculi.Results:1.The total effe.ctive rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the to.tal effective rate of the control group was 73.33%.The cli.nical efficacy of the tre.atment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Two gro.ups of patien.ts after treatment of TCM syndrome integral obviously improved comp.ared with before treatment,the dif.ference was statistically signif.icant(P<0.001),and the treatme.nt group improved TCM syndrome integral is greater than the control group,the dif.fe.rence was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.The sto.ne rate of the tr.eatme.nt group(73.33%)was hi.g.her than that of the control gro.up(46.67%),and the diffe.rence was statis.tically signi.ficant(P<0.05).4.After trea.tment,the num.ber of stones in the two g.roups de.creased significantly after tr.eatment,and the diffe.rence was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the n.umber of stones in the tre.atment group decreased significantly(P<0.05).5.The impr.ovement of urinary erythrocyte in the treatment group after treatment was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).6.There was no significant change in liver performance indicators(ALB,ALT,AST)after treatment in both groups(P>0.05).7.There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),but no statistical difference was found in the treatment group(BUN,Scr)compared with the control group(P>0.05).8.In the process of treatment in treatment group have 5(the incidence of adverse reactions was 16.67%)patients appeared dizziness,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea and other adverse reactions,the control group in 3 cases(the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.00%)patients appeared dizziness,diarrhea and other adverse reactions,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion : The combination of three gold tonglishi decoction combined with tansoloxin hydrochloride capsules can reduce the number of urinary calculi,improve the rate of stone discharge and total efficiency.Three jintong tube row stone soup joint tan solo symplectic hydrochloride sustained-release capsules can reduce urinary calculi main symptoms and positive signs,including abdominal pain,hematuria,urinary frequency,urgency,urine pain,etc.,the TCM syndrome integral de Screase;Compared with the control group,the degree of hematuria in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group after the treatment,which could shorten the duration of hematuria.The clinical application is safe,no serious adverse reaction is seen,and it is worthy of clinical application. |
