Objectives:To analyze the feasibility and safety of the end of the stent tube in the ureter during the placement of the ureteral stent,in order to reduce the complications such as bladder irritation and urinary reflux, reduce the pain during the patient's tube, and improve the life of Quality, provide a basis for the design of a more reasonable ureteral stent tube. Methods:In this study,60 patients with upper urinary tract obstruction in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 underwent minimally invasive ureteral stent placement for laparoscopic ureterotomy,in which the double J tube was removed after the intraoperative obstruction was removed. The head was placed in the renal pelvis or renal pelvis, and 30 patients in the lower ureter were placed in the study group. After the intraoperative obstruction was removed, the double J tube tip was placed in the renal pelvis or renal pelvis, and the tail was placed in the bladder. An example is a control group.Bladder stimuli(OABSS),ureteral stent disease(USSQ),prostate symptoms(IPSS)and pain(VAS),quality of life(GQOL-74),and complications were analyzed before and after surgery. Results:The catheterization time of the study group(7.21±2.45)min was significantly longer than that of the control group(3.39±1.13)min(P<0.05),while the clinical parameters(the time of draining the catheter, the time of removal of the catheter, and the length of postoperative hospital stay)were compared.,no statistical significance(P > 0.05).The lower urinary tract symptom score(12.03±3.02)and the stent-related pain score(4.62±2.41)were lower in the study group than in the control group[(18.13±4.22),(7.45±3.37)](P< 0.05),and the overall health status(4.62±2.41)points and working ability(13.54±4.72)were higher than the control group [(10.84±3.97)points,(9.43±3.59)points](P<0.05),the two groups The scores of sexual problems were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).There were no significant differences in preoperative OBSSS,IPSS,and VAS scores between the two groups(P > 0.05).At 4weeks after operation, the OABSS,IPSS,and VAS scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with 1 day before surgery(P < 0.05),while the OABSS and IPSS scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05),while the VAS score was significant.Lower than the control group(P < 0.05).At 3 months after operation, the GQOL-74 scores(physical health, mental health, material life, and social function)of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),but the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than the control.Group(P < 0.05).The study group did not have complications of bladder irritation and urinary reflux, and the incidence of complications such as double J tube displacement or shedding, double J tube obstruction, urinary reflux, hematuria, and urinary tract infection was 13,33 %,significantly lower than the 40% of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:In the ureter, the end of the stent tube can be placed in the ureter to relieve postoperative bladder irritation, ureteral stent symptoms, prostate symptoms and pain in patients with upper urinary tract obstruction, improve the quality of life, reduce the incidence of complications, and have a good prognosis, and provide a basis for designing a more reasonable ureteral stent tube in the future.
