Reliability And Validity Analysis Of Questionnaire Survey On Ureteral Stent-related Symptoms And Clinical Application Study

Objective:(1)the English version of USSQ was translated into Chinese to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the questionnaire on symptoms related to ureteral stents,so as to provide a scientific tool for the symptom assessment of patients with ureteral stents in China.(2)Through the clinical application of Chinese version of USSQ,the incidence rate and influencing factors of relevant symptoms of patients with indwelling ureteral stent in this region were understood,so as to provide reference for the intervention and treatment of related clinical symptoms of patients with indwelling ureteral stent.Methods:(1)Based on the principle of brisling translation,the translation and cultural adjustment of the questionnaire were completed according to the process of literal translation,back translation,expert committee discussion and pre experiment,and the Chinese version of the questionnaire was formed.Using the convenient sampling method,the patients with ureteral stent in three class A hospitals in Urumqi,Xinjiang from April 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects to analyze and test the items,reliability and validity of the questionnaire;(2)Descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,single factor analysis and regression analysis were used to investigate the symptoms and influencing factors of 462 patients with ureteral stents.Results:(1)The critical ratio value method was adopted for project analysis.Two items S1 and S2 of USSQ in Chinese version,P>0.05,could be considered to be deleted,but S1 should be retained in consideration of the rationality of the questionnaire structure.Cronbach's score coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.923,urinary tract symptoms,body pain,general health,job performance,sex,and additional question six dimensions of Cronbach 's alpha coefficient between 0.703~0.918,retest reliability is 0.885,the six dimensions of cranial correlation coefficient is 0.338~0.849(P< 0.05),and a half reliability is 0.628;Chinese version of ureteral stent related symptoms questionnaire Cronbach's alpha coefficient is 0.923,urinary tract symptoms,body pain,general health,job performance,sex,and additional question six dimensions of Cronbach 's alpha coefficient between 0.703~0.918,retest reliability is 0.885,the six dimensions of cranial correlation coefficient is 0.338~0.849(P<0.05),and a half reliability is 0.628;The content validity of the questionnaire was 0.887.Through exploratory factor analysis,the cumulative variance contribution rate of the nine main factors was 68.995%.Correlation analysis except the correlation coefficient between the sexual field and other fields was between 0.014~0.101(P>0.05),the correlation coefficient of other dimensions was between 0.45~0.601(P<0.01).(2)Patients with indwelling ureteral stents are troubled by urinary symptoms,and their quality of life is affected.The clinical symptoms of the patients were positively correlated with the diagnosis and age of the patients.Conclusion:(1)The Chinese version of the questionnaire on symptoms related to ureteral stents has good reliability and validity,and the correlation coefficient between sexual field and other fields is low.(2)The Chinese version of USSQ can be used as an evaluation tool for the study of symptoms related to ureteral stents,which can accurately assess patients' urinary symptoms,quality of life,and their feelings and satisfaction with the stents.
