Objective:To study the clinicopathological features and molecular biological indicators of breast cancer patients in three age groups, and to explore the correlation between age and clinicopathological features and molecular biological indicators,to provide more accurate medical treatment and individualized diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Methods:The clinicopathological data and molecular biological indicators of female breast cancer patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 1,2014 to December 31,2015 are collected. The age group under 35 years old is used as the young group, and the 36-59 age group is included as a middle-aged group, the age group over 60 years old is used as an elderly group.Clinical data include: tumor location(left and right),diagnosis delay time(from the discovery of breast abnormalities to the time of visit);Pathological data including: tumor size, histological grade, vascular tumor thrombus infiltration, lymph node metastasis and tumor TNM staging.Molecular biological indicators include: estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER-2),Ki-67,p53 and molecular subtypes. The clinicopathological and molecular biological indicators of breast cancer patients in three age groups are analyzed by SPSS22.0 software, and the correlation between age factors and clinicopathological features and molecular biological indicators was analyzed.Results:1.Breast cancer patients in three different age groups had no differences in tumor location, tumor size,HER-2 expression,P53,and tumor TNM staging, but at delayed diagnosis time, histological grade, vascular tumor thrombus infiltration, hormone receptor,ki-67 and molecular subtypes, there are differences.2.The delay time of breast cancer diagnosis in young group is shorter than that in middle-aged and elderly breast cancer. The histological grade, vascular thrombosis infiltration rate and lymph node metastasis rate are higher. The positive expression rate of ER/PR is higher than that of middle-aged group. The positive expression rate of ki-67 is higher. The proportion of Luminal B type is higher than that of middle-aged and elderly breast cancer, and the proportion of Luminal A type is lower. Conclusion:Compared with middle-aged and elderly patients, the clinicopathological features and molecular biological indicators of young breast cancer have a poor prognosis, including high histopathological grade and late tumor stage, high degree of malignancy, strong invasiveness, etc.
