Objective: To analyze the clinicopathological features of breast cancer in young and middle-aged women.Method: Age-group criteria,whichever is ?40 year-old female patients undergoing surgery with Pathological diagnoses and had complete follow-up data included in the patient group of young.> 40 years undergoing surgery with Pathological diagnoses and female patients with complete follow-up data included in middle-aged patients.Clinicopathological features were analyzed retrospectively when treated in First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College 403 cases of female breast cancer patients,80 cases of young breast cancer patients treated with the same period 403 cases of breast cancer in middle-aged patients.The clinicopathologic features include the size of the mass,the number of lymph node metastases,and the selection of surgical methods,pathological types,TNM staging,hormone receptor,HER-2,Ki-67,and molecular typing,etc.The statistical software adopts the SPSS22.0 version.The statistical method uses non parametric test and chi square test.Results: there were differences in clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,Ki-67 and HER-2 expression level and molecular typing in two age groups,but there was no difference in pathological type,mass size,choice of operation mode,and hormone receptor.Conclusion: the clinical pathology of young and middle aged patients with breast cancer is not the same,so different treatment should be given to the clinical treatment.
