Objective:To analyze the relationship between mammography features and the expression of ER,PR,Her-2,Ki-67,EGFR and FN in breast cancer,the biological behavior and prognosis of breast cancer were evaluated from the pe pective of imaging.Methods:Forty-eight cases of breast cancer confirmed by mammography and operation in Yanbian Hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were collected.All patients did not receive radiotherapy and chemotherapy before operation.The mammography features of each patient's lesion were recorded:whether there were masses,whether the diameter of the mass was larger than 2 cm,whether there were calcification,whether there were burrs,whether there were lobulations,whether there were structural disorders,whether there were nipple depressions and whether there were axillary lymph nodes or not.The expression of ER,PR,Her-2,Ki-67,EGFR and FN in tissues of patients with nodal metastasis was detected by S-P immunohistochemical method,and the relationship between the expression of ER,PR,Her-2,Ki-67,EGFR,FN and preoperative mammography features was analyzed.The differences between the results were analyzed by X2 test or Fisher's exact probability method.P<0.05 as the difference between the data has statistical significance.Results:1 The positive expression rate of EGFR in the diameter more than 2cm group of the mammography was 82%higher than that in the tumor diameter less than 2cm,and the P value was 0.049.The difference was statistically significant.2 The positive expression rates of Her-2,Ki-67,EGFR and FN in the malignant calcification group of the mammography were 67%,100%,86%and 71%,respectively,which were higher than those in the non-malignant calcification group,and the P values were 0.011.0.019,0.025?0.034.the difference was statistically significant.3 The positive expression rate of ER in the marginal burr group of nammography was 100%higher than that in the burr-free group,and the P value was 0.021.The difference was statistically significant.The positive expression rate of PR in the marginal burr group was lower than the burr-free group,and the P value was 0.007.The difference was statistically significant.4 The positive expression rate of PR in the axillary lymph node metastasis group on the mammography was 72%,the positive expression rate of Ki-67 was 100%,and the positive expression rate of EGFR was 89%higher than that in the non-infraorbital lymph node metastasis group.The P values were 0.031,0.046,0.020.the difference was statistically significant.5 There was no significant correlation between the lumps,lobulation,structural disorder,nipple depression and ER,PR,Her-2,Ki-67,EGFR and FN on the mammography(P>0.05).Conclusion:mammography features of breast cancer are correlated with the expressions of ER?PR,Her-2,Ki-67,EGFR and FN.mammography features of breast cancer can predict the expression of molecular biological indicators of beast cells,and then evaluate the biological behavior and prognosis of breast cancer.
