Objective: The Weigu Fang has proven to be effective after years of clinical practice. The purpose of this study was to optimize the treatment regimen and clinical efficacy of Weigu Fang in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, mainly by studying the effects of different conditions on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods: The experimental medical records of 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis in the Department of Rheumatology,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into 5 groups. One group, two groups, three groups, four groups, and the control group were observed in 20 patients, and a 20%dropout rate was allowed. The control group was treated with external application of Zu Shi Ma Ointment, and each part was applied externally for 48 hours for 14 days. The other 4groups were treated with a 14-day course of treatment for 14 days.On the basis of the treatment of Weigu Fang's collapse stain, the observation group 1 was used for 20 minutes of collapse staining and infrared light irradiation;the 2 groups were treated with 20 minutes of collapse staining;the 3 groups were observed for 30 minutes of collapse staining plus infrared light;observe The 4 groups were treated with a 30-minute treatment group. The clinical efficacy of Weigu Recipe under different conditions was evaluated according to VASscore,TCM symptom score standard and WOMAC score. Results: There was no significant difference in gender, age and disease course between the experimental group and the control group before assignment(P>0.05).The baseline conditions of the treatment group and the control group before treatment were consistent, comparable and reliable.According to the evaluation of curative effect,it can be concluded that the total effective rate of the 1 group is 90%;the total effective rate of the 2 groups is 85%;the total effective rate of the 3 groups is 95%;the total effective rate of the 4 groups is 90.%;the total effective rate of the control group is 75%.The four observation groups were compared with the control group by the rank sum test and found that the p values were all less than0.05,with statistical differences.According to the evaluation of curative effect,it can be concluded that the total effective rate of the 1 group is 90%;the total effective rate of the 2 groups is 85%;the total effective rate of the 3 groups is 95%;the total effective rate of the 4 groups is 90.%;the total effective rate of the control group is 75%.By comparing the VAS scores, symptom scores, and WOMAC scores between pre-and post-treatment groups, observation group 1was superior to observation group 2 in relieving pain, improving symptoms, and improving joint function.Observation group 3 was superior to observation group 4 in relieving pain, improving symptoms and improving joint function. The treatment effect of the hot compress group is better than that of the cold pack.Conclusion:1.The curative effect of Weigu Fang Collapse on knee osteoarthritis is better than that of Zuoshi Mawei.2.The difference in temperature has an effect on the clinical efficacy of Weigu Fang collapse in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. It was found that the curative effect of the hot compress group was better than that of the cold pack, and the treatment was good at a temperature of about 40 °C.However, the difference in the effect of time on the clinical efficacy of Weigu Fang in this study is not obvious.
