Purpose: To study the Clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) collapsestains with TDP treatment for osteoarthritis of the knee,To prove the validity and feasibilityof TCM collapse stains with TDP therapy for treat osteoarthritis of the knee and To providethe basis for the therapy of clinical application and the future development of a complete,specification, standard system.Method: To chose the patients of Orthopedic clinic and treatment area met the inclusioncriteria of knee osteoarthritis (liver and kidney deficiency,meridian stasis syndrome) FromJanuary to December0f2013.randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group use TCM stains collapse with TDP therapeutic instrument, the control groupuse Oral zhuang gu guan jie bolus treatment,30days for a course of treatment,then evaluatedby curative effect.Result: Combined with the clinical symptom, the total effective rate of treatment groupwas93.3%, the total efficiency rate of control group was86.7%, P>0.05, Proved no significantdifference between groups effect, the effect of the treatment group and the control group isquite Similar.Conclusion: the Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) collapse stains decoction haseffects of Tonifying the liver and kidney, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain,Activating tendon and collaterals function, the results of treatment in the two groups bystatistical analysis, can have significant therapeutic effect in improving the collapse oftraditional Chinese medicine with TDP therapy on knee osteoarthritis clinical symptoms, andworthy of extensive promotion and further research.
