Knee Osteoarthritis Treatment Programs Optimization

Object:In this study, womac knee osteoarthritis symptoms and function scores, lequesne knee osteoarthritis symptoms and signs score, as well as lequesne knee osteoarthritis symptoms and signs of onset time as an objective indicator of the Fumigation of Chinese medicine, moxibustion, celecoxib, functional exercise four processing factors orthogonal design, through the intuitive and the analysis of variance, obtained with knee osteoarthritis in the best Chinese and western medicine.Method:This study of 48 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into 16 groups orthogonal treatment programes, respectively, after four treatment records womac knee osteoarthritis symptoms and function scores, lequesne knee osteoarthritis symptoms and signs score,as well as lequesne knee osteoarthritis symptoms and signs of onset time.Result:(1).On womac knee osteoarthritis symptoms and functions scores, analysis of variance derived medicine Fumigation, celecoxib compared with the error term significant differences (P＜0.01),the interaction of celecoxib and functional exercise, the interaction of medicine Fumigation with celecoxib, the interaction of function exercise and moxibustion are also significant difference (P＜0.01, P＜0.05),the visual analysis of fourfold table analysis, four factors should be selected a level of one.(2). Based on lequesne knee osteoarthritis symptoms and signs score, analysis of variance obtained celecoxib compared with the error term significant differences (P＜0.01), the interaction of celecoxib and functional exercise are also significant differences (P＜0.05), the visual analysis of fourfold table analysis, four factors should be selected a level of one.(3).Based on signs and symptoms of knee osteoarthritis onset time, analysis of variance derived medicine Fumigation and celecoxib compared with the error term significant differences (P＜0.01), moxibustion and functional exercise compared with the errors are also significant differences (P＜0.05), the visual analysis of fourfold table analysis, four factors should be selected a level of one.Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion, Chinese medicine Fumigation, celecoxib, and functional exercise can significantly improve the womac knee osteoarthritis symptoms and function scores, lequesne knee osteoarthritis symptoms and signs score, but also can significantly reduce the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis and signs of onset time.
