Objective:The research came to the optimal therapeutic schedule of acupuncture forknee osteoarthritis,by means of direct analysis and variance analysis in orthogonal designto study the4factors of combination of acupoints, parameters of electroacupuncture,acu-point injection,blood-letting puncture and cupping, using Visual analogue scale, Lequesn-ethe standard and Womac standard as observation indicator,to guide the clinical doctorto give better treatment of KOA,and then to provide more advice to the clinical rando-mized controlled trial.Method:The research observed27severe knee osteoarthritis patients which wererandomly divided into9groups according to the order of seeing a doctor. The functionalscores were respectively recorded before treatment,after10and20treatments.Results:1、Based on variance analysis of score difference of VAS, there aresignificant discrepancies between error and blood-letting puncture and cupping after10treatments(p<0.05),and so did between error and parameters of electroacupuncture,blood-letting puncture and cupping after20treatments(p<0.05).Combining with direct analysis, normal group of acupoints or adding to group of acupuncturing the contralateral corresp-onding joint point, parameters of electroacupuncture(continuous wave100Hz),acupointinjection(one time a day) and blood-letting puncture and cupping(once a week) are theoptimal therapeutic schedule.2、Based on variance analysis of score difference of Leques-nethe standard, there are significant discrepancies between error and acupoint injection after10treatments(p<0.05),and so did between error and blood-letting puncture andcupping after20treatments(p<0.05).Combining with direct analysis, normal group ofacupoints adding to group of acupuncturing the contralateral corresponding joint point, parameters of electroacupuncture(dilatationalwave14times/min),acupoint injection(one time a day) and blood-letting puncture and cupping(once a week) are the optimaltherapeutic schedule.3、Based on variance analysis of score difference of Womacstandard, there are significant discrepancies between error and blood-letting punctureand cupping after10and20treatments(p<0.05).Combining with direct analysis, normalgroup of acupoints, parameters of electroacupuncture(dilatational wave14times/min),acupoint injection(one time a day) and blood-letting puncture and cupping(once a week)are the optimal therapeutic schedule.4、Based on analysis of three score difference, bothacupoint injection(one time a day) and blood-letting puncture and cupping(once a week)are the optimal therapeutic schedule. In the aspect of reducing pain, the therapeutic effectis much better to adopt parameters of electroacupuncture(continuous wave100Hz).In theaspect of improving function, the therapeutic effect is much better to adopt parameters ofelectroacupuncture(dilatational wave14times/min). In the aspect of point selection,Lequesne score standard is more focus on normal group of acupoints adding to group ofacupuncturing the contralateral corresponding joint point;Womac score standard takenormal group of acupoints;VAS score standard treatment tend to normal group of acupo-ints adding to group of acupuncturing the contralateral corresponding joint point after10treatments while to normal group of acupoints after20treatments.Conclusion:According to the results, normal group of acupoints or adding to groupof acupuncturing the contralateral corresponding joint point, parameters of electroacup-uncture(continuous wave100Hz or Dilatational wave14times/min), acupoint injection(one time a day) and blood-letting puncture and cupping(once a week) are the optimalschedule for acupuncture treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis.
