| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese traditional medicin-e collapse combined with Shi’s three-step and nine-step method on rheumat-oid arthritis in patients with rheumatoid arthritis,and observe the changes in clinical symptoms and microscopic detection indexes before and after treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in patients with rheumatoid arthr-itis To provide a certain theoretical basis and practical demonstration for the combination of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and the application of patients with rheumatoid arthritis of the knee.Methods: Ninety patients with one-knee rheumatoid arthritis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a manipulation group,a traditional Chinese medicine collapsed group,and a traditional Chinese medicine collapsed combined method group(cases from January 2019 to October 2019).Outpatients and inpatients of Orthopedics Department of Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicin-e),30 patients in each group.After enrollment,patients were instructed to appropriately reduce basic treatments such as irrational activities,drinking,and low-fat diet.The manipulative group was treated with three steps and nine methods of Shi’s whole knee,twice a week.The Chinese medicine collapse stain group was applied with Chinese medicine collapse stain externally,once a day in the morning and evening.The traditional Chinese medicine slump and manipulative group was treated with externalapplication of traditional Chinese medicine slump and three steps and nine methods of Shi’s whole knee.Two weeks was a course of treatment,and each group was treated for two courses.Observe the clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,VAS pain score,and WOMAC score of the two groups of pat-ients before and after treatment,and observe the efficacy of liver function,renal function,blood routine,and ECG,and record adverse drug reactions.All the test results were statistically analyzed using SPSS21.0 software.Finally,the efficacy of Chinese medicine collapse combi-ned with Shi’s three steps and nine methods was evaluated to find a more effective treatment for the clinical treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Results: Statistical analysis was performed on the data using the software spss21.0.1.Comparison of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms(table): After the three groups of treatment,the total effective rate of the Chinese medicine collapse group,the manipulative group and the Chinese medicine collapse group and the manipulative group were 80.00%,76.67%,and 93.33%,respectively;after inspection,the three groups The difference in total effective rate was statistically significant(P<0.05);after a pairwise comparison,it was found that the Chinese medicine co-llapse staining combined with the manipulative group was significantly better than the Chinese medicine collapse staining and the manipulative group in the efficacy of the Chinese medicine syndrome.2.Comparison of TCM symptom total scores(table): After the test,the comparison of the three groups of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05);after pairwise com-parison after treatment,the Chinese medicine collapse group and the manipulative group were improving There was no statistically significant difference in the total score of TCM symptoms(P> 0.05);but the Chinese medicine collapse combined with the manipulative group was significantlydifferent from the two groups in improving the total score of TCM symptoms(P<0.05).This shows that the three groups have significantly improved the total score of TCM symptoms,but the Chinese medicine collapse stain combined with the manipulation group is more obvious than the Chinese medicine collapse stain and the manipulation group.3.Comparison of VAS pain scores(table): After the test,the VAS pain scores of the three groups were statistically significant before and after treatment(P<0.05);after pairwise comparison after treatment,the Chin-ese medicine collapse group and the manipulative group were improving.There was no statistically significant difference in VAS pain scores(P>0.05);but the Chinese medicine collapse staining combined with the ma-nipulative group had significant differences in improving the VAS pain scores compared with the two groups(P<0.05).This shows that the three groups have obvious effects in improving the VAS pain score,but the Chinese medicine collapse stain combined with the manipulative group is more effective than the Chinese medicine collapse stain and the manual group.4.Comparison of WOMAC scores(table): After the test,the comparison between the three groups of WOMAC scores before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the Chinese medici-ne collapse group and the manipulative group improved the WOMAC scores.The difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);however,the Chinese medicine collapse combined with the manipulative group had sign-ificant differences in improving WOMAC scores compared with the two groups(P <0.05).This shows that the three groups have obvious effects in improving the WOMAC score,but the Chinese medicine collapse stain combined with the manipulation group is more prominent than the Chinese medicine collapse stain and the manipulation group.5.Comparison of clinical efficacy(table): After the three groups oftreatment,the total effective rates of the Chinese medicine collapsed group,the manipulation group and the Chinese medicine collapsed combin-ation method group were 76.67%,73.33%,and 90.00% in order;after in-spection,the total of the three groups The difference in effective rates was statistically significant(P <0.05);after a pair-wise comparison,it was found that the clinical effect of the Chinese medicine collapse stain combined with the manipulative group was significantly better than the Chinese medicine collapse stain and the manual group.6.Adverse reactions and safety evaluation: None of the three groups of patients had adverse reactions during the treatment.The liver and kidney function,three routine routines,and electrocardiogram of the subjects before and after treatment were normal,indicating that there were no obvious toxic side effects in the three groups of drug treatment.Conclusion: The combination of Chinese traditional medicine collapse and three steps and nine methods of whole knee has obviously improved the clinical symptoms of patients with KOA of wind cold and dampness and achieved positive results.The long-term curative effect is good,and no obvious adverse reactions occurred in all patients during the study period,indicating that Chinese medicine collapse combined with Shi’s three-step nine-knee method is an effective combination therapy for the treatment of wind cold dampness type KOA. |
