Objective:Xian Fang Huo Ming Yin observe the effect of bath addition and subtraction of perianal abscess after the clinical efficacy of wound healing..Methods:After 70 cases of perianal abscess were randomly divided into experimental and control group,35 patients in trial group after 24h after the application of traditional Chinese medicine decoction Bath Xian Fang Huo Ming the control group,24h after application of 35 cases of high 1:5000 Permanganate solution bath. Flesh wound cases were observed off the time, wound edema, wound healing time and time, the application of the results of statistical analysis software SPSS 13.0 toα= 0.05 as the level of the two-sided test.Results:Experimental group on postoperative pain, wound slough off, regression of wound swelling, exudate volume conditions and wound healing was superior to the control group, there was significant difference (P<0.05);Conclusion:Xian Fang Huo Ming decoction of Chinese medicine bath can effectively promote wound healing after perianal abscess. And effectively reduce the degree of postoperative swelling and postoperative pain, postoperative abscess proved Xian Fang Huo Ming decoction of Chinese medicine bath effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
