To Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of The Drug Chanchuangkou For Postoperative Low Rectal Perianal Abscess

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the drug Chanchuangkou for postoperative low rectal perianal abscess.It is proved that the drug can promote wound healing and reduce postoperative pain after low anal perianal abscess.Methods: A total of 60 patients with low perianal abscess who were admitted to the anorectal department of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital(Sichuan Provincial Hospital)from January 2017 to December2017 were selected according to the admission order and then used.SPSS20.0software randomly divided them into two groups,30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.The patients in the two groups began dressing on the second day after surgery.The control group received 0.9% saline gauze drainage after the conventional dressing operation.The treatment group uniformly spread the drug Chanchuangkou on the saline gauze and placed it on the wound drainage.Both groups of patients were continuously switched to wound healing.The length and depth of wounds on the 4th,7th,and 14 th day after surgery were recorded.The VAS pain scores on the 1st,4th,7th,and 14 th days after operation were recorded.The wound healing time and the entire course of treatment were recorded in both groups.With or without adverse reactions,the data obtained were statistically analyzed and analyzed.Results: After statistical analysis,60 patients with perianal abscess had no significant difference in sex,age,initial length and initial depth of postoperative wound(P>0.05),no statistically significant and comparable.After the two groups of patients 4th,7th,14 th day after the wound length and depth,4th,7th,14 th day wound pain score and wound healing time after statistical analysis,there are significant differences(P<0.05),treatment group effect is significantly better than the control group.There was no statistically significant difference in the length and depth of the1 th Day VAS pain score and the 4th day after operation in the treatment group and control group(P>0.05).All patients had no significant adverse reactions during clinical observation.Conclusion: It is a safe and effective method to treat low perianal abscess by useThe drug Chanchuangkou to change dressing after operation,which can promotewound healing,relieve pain,shorten wound healing time,and have no obviousadverse reaction,so it is safe and effective to treat perianal abscess.It is worth topopularize in clinical.
