Clinical Observation On The Effect Of The Increased/reduced Coptis Chinensis Detoxication Decoction Dipped Gauze On The Wound Healing Of Postoperative Low-level Perianal Abscess

Purpose: To apply the increased/reduced coptis chinensis detoxication decoction dipped gauze on the postoperative wound of perianal abscess and observe the effect of the compound-dipped gauze on the postoperative wound healing of perianal abscess.Method: In the clinical setting,a total of 60 patients admitted during July 2015~July 2016 and having undergone perianal abscess surgery were enrolled and randomized into the treatment group and the control group,where the former included 30 patients dressed with coptis chinensis decoction dipped guaze and the latter included 30 patients dressed with normal saline dipped gauze.The efficacy of both groups was comprehensively compared by observing the wound exudate and secretion of the patents when dressing at Day 2,Day 3,Day 5 and Day 7 after the surgery and the wound length and depth at Day 3,Day 7,Day 14 and Day 21 after the surgery.Recorded final healing time.Result: 1.According to the statistical software analysis,60 patients complying with the screening standard were cured by increased/reduced coptis chinensis detoxication decoction dipped gauze and normal saline dipped gauze.2.From the Day 3 after the surgery,the treatment group was superior to the control group with respect to the wound exudate and secretion,which showed significant difference(P<0.05).3.From the Day 7 after the surgery,the treatment group was superior to the control group with respect to the wound length and depth,which showed significant difference(P<0.05).4.The treatment group was superior to the control group with respect to the wound healing rate,which showed significant difference Conclusion: the increased/reduced coptis chinensis detoxication decoction was effective in heat-clearing,detoxifying,dispersing blood stasis and promoting tissue regeneration.The gauze dipped with the decoction played a crucial role in the wound exudate,wound length and depth and healing time when applied for postoperative dressing of perianal abscess.In the observation trial,no adverse events or toxic and side effect were reported.Therefore,the decoction is an effective treatment for promoting the wound healing.
