Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Ku Bai Lotion On Wound Healiing After Perianal Abscess

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Kubai Pill on wound healing after one-time radical surgery for perianal abscess.METHODS:Ninety percent of patients with perianal abscess who underwent one-time radical surgery for perianal abscess in accordance with the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups,50 in the treatment group and 50 in the control group.The 21-day disease course contrast treatment was performed.The treatment group was treated with Kubai lotion bath and the control group was treated with dysentery lotion bath.After the end of the treatment,the clinical curative effect was evaluated.The wound pain,wound exudates,and wound growth of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment,and the scores were scored.Then the statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 17.0 system software.RESULTS:After the selected cases,before the two groups of comparative treatment,the patients’ age,gender,disease course,postoperative wound condition,wound pain and edema,wound secretions,and wound granulation tissue growth were compared,and there was no statistical difference.Significance(P>0.05).The results of the study are as follows:(1)Comparison of pain scores:There was a significant difference in pain status between the two groups on the 3rd and 7th day after surgery(P<0.05).The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in pain on the 14th and 21st days(P>0.05).(2)Wound secretions:There was a statistically significant difference in wound secretion between the two groups on the 3rd and 7th day after surgery(P<0.05).The wound secretion status in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.On the 14th and 21st days after surgery,the scores of the secretions in the observation group were compared with P>0.05,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.(3)Growth condition of granulation tissue:Compared with the score on the 7th day after treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores on the 14th and 21st days after treatment were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups was better than the control group.(4)Total curative effect and wound healing time:Both groups were cured after treatment.The average wound healing time in the treatment group was 19.13 ±2.63 days;the average wound healing time in the control group was 20.27 ± 2.38 days.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in the average wound healing time between the two groups(P<0.05).The recovery time of wounds in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:1.Kubai lotion can significantly reduce the pain in patients with perianal abscess after radical operation,anal edema,wound secretions,promote wound growth,and accelerate wound healing.2.There was no obvious adverse reaction observed in the efficacy observation of Kubai Parker.
