Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Wang’s Kujin Jiedu Decoction On Wound Healing After One-time Radical Operation Of Perianal Abscess Of Fire-toxin-exuberant Type

Objective: to observe the effect of Wang’s Kujin Jiedu decoction gauze on wound pain,wound secretion,granulation tissue growth and wound healing time after one-time radical operation for perianal abscess,to explore its clinical curative effect.Results:1.Before treatment,the age,gender and original wound area of the two groups were statistically analyzed,all P>0.05,and the differences were not statistically significant,indicating comparability.2.Wound pain: There was no statistical significance(P>0.05)in the comparison of pain before medication in the first day after surgery between the two groups,indicating comparability.There was no statistical significance in pain scores between the two groups on the 3rd and 21 st day after surgery(P>0.05).The pain scores of the two groups were compared on the 7th and 14 th day after surgery,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in alleviating postoperative pain.3.Wound secretion: There was no statistical significance(P>0.05)in the wound secretion of the two groups on the first postoperative day before medication,indicating comparability.On the third day after surgery,the wound secretion score of the two groups was compared(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the degree of secretion on the third day after surgery.The wound secretion scores of the two groups on the 7th,14 th and 21 st days after surgery were all compared with P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing postoperative wound secretion.4.Growth of granulation tissue: There was no statistical significance in the growth of granulation tissue between the two groups on the first postoperative day before medication(P>0.05),indicating comparability.Comparison of granulation tissue growth between the two groups on the 3rd and 21 st postoperative days(P>0.05)indicated that there was no significant difference in granulation growth between the two groups on the 3rd and 21 st postoperative days.The comparison of the growth of granulation tissue between the two groups on the 7th and 14 th day after surgery(P<0.05)indicated that the treatment group was superior to the revnol gauze group in promoting the growth of granulation tissue on the wound surface in the middle period.5.Wound healing time: there was statistically significant difference in wound healing time between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that the treatment group could accelerate the postoperative wound healing time because of the control group.6.Comparison of overall efficacy: 21 days after surgery,the effective rate of the treatment group was 91.43%,and that of the control group was 80.00%,indicating that the clinical symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved.According to rank sum test,the total efficacy of the two groups was compared(P < 0.05),indicating that the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Wang ’ s Kujin Jiedu decoction gauze is used to change dressing after one-time radical operation of burn-toxic and exuberant perianal abscess.It can reduce the degree of pain on the wound surface,reduce the secretion of the wound surface,promote the growth of granulation tissue and accelerate the healing of the wound surface,it is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
