Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Insomnia Caused By Liver Depression And Yin Deficiency With Ziyin Shugan Method

Objective:Collecting patients with liver depression and yin deficiency of insomnia who meet the requirements,and observing the clinical efficacy of Ziyin Shugan method in treating patients with l iver depression and yin deficiency type.Therefore,the effectiveness of Ziyin Shugan decoction established based on Ziyin Shugan method is evaluated,which provides a way of thinking for the treatment of clinical insomnia.Methods:90 patients with insomnia who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups of 30 patients each.Among them,the Chinese medicine group was given Ziyin Shugan decoction,the combined medication group used Ziyin Shugan decoction combined with estazolam,and the western medicine group used estazolam alone.The treatment time of the three groups was 30 days.The Pittsburgh Sleep Scale(PSQI),Insomnia Severity Scale(ISI),Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),and TCM Syndrome Score were evaluated before and after treatment.And then we observe the clinical efficacy.In this study,Excel spreadsheet was used for data entry,and SPSS22.0 was used for data analysis.If P<0.05,it is considered statistically significant.Results:For patients with insomnia of liver depression and yin deficiency,the three groups of patients were treated with different drugs for 30 days.The treatment results are as follows:?The PSQI,ISI,HA,HD and TCM syndrome scores of the three groups were significantly lower than before treatment,P<0.05.?In the improvement of PSQI score,there was no significant difference in the effective rate of PSQI between the three groups of treatment,P>0.05,but the number of patients using traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in the clinical cure and marked effect was significantly higher than that in the estazolam group.?Comparing the Chinese medicine group with the estazolam group,the combination group and the estazolam group,it was found that there was obvious difference in the efficiency of TCM syndrome scores after group therapy with Chinese herbal medicine,P<0.05.It indicated that the Chinese medicine group and the combination group were clearly better than the estazolam group in improving TCM syndrome scores.?Comparing the estazolam group with the Chinese medicine group,the Chinese medicine group was distinctly better than the estazolam group in improving the scores of HA,HD and TCM syndromes,P<0.05:Comparing the estazolam group with the combination group,the combination group improved the scores of PSQI,ISI,HA,HD and TCM syndromes significantly better than the estazolam group,P<0.05.Therefore,the use of Chinese medicine prescriptions for the symptoms associated with insomnia such as anxiety,depression and TCM syndromes,its advantages are exactly better than the simple use of western medicine patients?Comparing the combination group with the Chinese medicine group,there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving PSQI,ISI,HA,HD,and TCM syndrome scores.?Comparing the estazolam group with the combination group,the combination group was significantly better than the estazolam group in improving sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance,and daytime dysfunction,P<0.05;Comparing the Chinese medicine group with the estazolam group,the Chinese medicine group was better than the estazolam group in improving sleep disturbance and daytime dysfunction,P<0.05,statistically significant.?The severity of insomnia was positively correlated with before and after HA treatment,but not with HD.Conclusion:Ziyin Shugan method can improve the sleep quality of patients with liver depression and yin deficiency,there are no obvious side effects and adverse reactions,high clinical feasibility,and patients are easy to accept;Ziyin Shugan decoction has obvious advantages in improving Pittsburgh sleep index,anxiety,depressive symptoms,severity of insomnia and TCM syndromes;Therefore,Ziyin Shugan decoction is worthy of clinical application,and the mechanism of action requires further research.
