Clinical Efficacy Of "Ziyin Bushui Decoction" Combined With Caltrate D And Alfacalcidol Soft Capsules In Treating Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

Objective:Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,according to the clinical characteristics,etiology and pathogenesis of postmenopausal osteoporosis,the study was designed to explore the clinical effect of "Ziyin Bushui Decoction" Combined with Caltrate D and Alfacalcidol Soft Capsules in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.and preliminarily evaluate the effectiveness and safety of "Ziyin busui Decoction" combined with Caltrate D and Alfacalcidol Soft Capsules in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis to seek appropriate clinical treatment for postmenopausal osteoporosis patients.Method:Postmenopausal women who received osteoporosis treatment from May 2019 to December 2019 in Changzhou TCM Hospital were selected as the study object.They were randomly divided into two groups.All patients were treated with Caltrate D,600 mg/time,once a day,and Alfacalcidol Soft Capsules,0.5 ug/time,once a day.The observation group was given "Ziyin Busui Decoction" on the basis of routine treatment.The changes of bone formation markers(alkaline phosphatase,procollagen type 1 N-peptide),hemorheological indexes(hematocrit,erythrocyte sedimentation rate.fibrinogen).bone mineral density and clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients were observed before and after treatment.Result:80 PMOP patients who met the inclusion criteria in outpatient and ward of Changzhou TCM Hospital from May 2019 to December 2019 were included in this study.In the course of treatment,12 patients in the observation group and 9 patients in the control group were rejected who could not be treated in time because of treatment interruption or accept other anti osteoporosis treatment.Finally,59 cases(28 cases in the observation group and 31 cases in the control group)completed the study.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the age,menopausal years.clinical symptoms,bone formation markers(alkaline phosphatase,procollagen type 1 N-peptide),hemorheological indexes(hematocrit,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,fibrinogen),bone mineral density between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.After 3 months of treatment,among the 31 patients in the control group,15 cases were markedly effective.8 cases were effective,and 8 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate of treatment was 74.19%.Among the 28 patients in the observation gcroup.17 were markedly effective,7 were efective,and 4 were ineffective.The total effective rate was 85.71%.Compared with patients in the control group,patients in the observation group had a higher total effective rate.But the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.272.P>0.05).ALP and PINP in the control group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and ALP and PINP in the observation group were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was statistical significance between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).The hematocrit,ESR and fibrinogen in the control group were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The indexes of hematocrit,ESR and fibrinogen in the observation group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The BMD of hip in the two groups was slightly higher than that before treatment,but there was no significant difference(p>0.05).There was no significant difference before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:"Ziyin Bushui Decoction" Combined with Caltrate D and Alfacalcidol Soft Capsules in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis may increase blood PINP and ALP to promote bone formation and reduce bone loss and could improve patients' blood stasis and relieve clinical symptoms.
