Purpose：Observe the clinical efficacy Shugan Anshen Decoction the stagnation offire type of insomniaMethod：Clinical included60cases the stagnation of fire type insomnia patients,times60patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (Shugansoothe the nerves drink group) and control group (xiegan Anshen Capsules group),medication four weeks to observe PSQI scale of the two groups of patients before and aftertreatment, TCM symptom score changes.Results：Before treatment, no statistically significant differences in terms of gender,PSQI, TCM symptoms comparable statistical software analysis. Than before the twoimproved after treatment, but the treatment group than the control group in improvingTCM syndrome.1.According to the guiding principles of TCM new drug clinical researchto compare the total effective rate of86.67%,the control group,the total effective rate of73.33%, a significant difference (P<0.05) between the two sets of clinical efficacy.2.Efficacy evaluation in accordance with the the PSQI improvement rate compared withthe treatment group markedly effective rate of83.33%, the total effective rate was90.00%;50.00%the marked recovery rate of the control group, the total effective ratewas76.67%, and the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05) difference.3.Evaluate the efficacy of Chinese medicine symptom score improvement rate comparedtreatment group markedly effective rate of63.33%, the total effective rate was90.00%;33.33%the marked recovery rate of the control group, the total effective rate was76.67%, the difference of the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion：The Shugan soothe the nerves drink can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with insomnia, insomnia has better clinical efficacy in the treatmentof liver-fire type.
